MeerApp werkt matig
Met enige regelmaat is het niet mogelijk om mails via de app te beantwoorden. De website is niet mobiel vriendelijk dus dat is dan ook geen optie. Ik vraag me af waar het aan ligt want we betalen er wel voor. Momenteel is er alleen de optie notities/ doorsturen.

Via desktop we can intergrate messages with our company instead of merging it, this feature isn’t available for the app?

Apparently you can create filters on desktop and see them in the app. Remember that somehow, there is some translation going on, so if you save it in Dutch, it might appear as filter in English.

We use Freshdesk for our support desk. This app is disappointing. Can’t filter on agents in here. We get loads of tickets, but there is no way to just filter the ones on my name. Seriously, why?
