The freelettics training plans with their coach subscription are excellent! Just stick to the plan and noticeably become stronger and more fit. Well done…the integration with things like Apple Watch and Apple Heath are abysmal. If you do a run it is logged as functional strength training. If you do a stretch/cooldown exercises it is logged as a functional strength training. Warmup is logged as a functional strength training…it’s pathetic. So improve that and also the watch app and I’ll be happy to give 5 stars!

I’ve been using this app for several years now and I would highly recommend it. From not being able to do one pushup, to now doing 10 in a row is major progress for me. I’ve progressively gained strength and muscle from using the app, something more achievable over time and not overnight. It’s highly adaptable to your level, you can configure it to your lifestyle and energy level on the particular day, and the workouts offer a lot of diversity so you don’t get bored.

Freeletics is voor mij een geweldige app met van allerlei mogelijkheden qua (thuis)training of je nu niks hebt van training’s apparatuur tot aan je eigen thuis gym, freeletics heeft het allemaal. Compleet afgestemd op je persoonlijke niveau en kunnen, hierbij blijft het echter wel een app en zullen de grote obstakels door jezelf overwonnen moeten worden, maar het word makkelijker.
Enige wat ik jammer vindt is dat er geen integratie met Garmin (watches) is.

Veel variëteit in oefeningen. Net even anders dan normaal. Kost wat, je krijgt er veel voor. Prima app.

Freeletics is a topvapp for anyone looking to work out from home without the need for professional gym equipment. The workouts are well-structured and can be adapted to your fitness level. If you dedicate around 1.5 hours a few times a week (maybe every day), you’ll start seeing real results surprisingly fast.
What I also like is the flexibility in subscription options – I was able to subscribe easily via my Revolut Bank account as a bonus for metal subscription, which made the payment or costs convenient.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for an effective and motivating way to stay fit at home!

Many times, something disturbs me mid-work-out. Like the doorbell ringing, my phone going off, I realized I left the stove on, I need to pee whatever; something I can’t ignore. The problem is I can’t pause. Pressing the cancel button (something you can’t do while doing the exercise anyway) doesn’t pause the workout. Even leaving the app.
Now I get this might be done to prevent people from pausing but there should at least be an option to enable pausing, and maybe start over from the last rest period. Not everybody has motivation issues.
A system that decides how much you have to do to continue or ‘punish’ based on the duration of the pause would be nice too; to get the same amount of strain. I’d pay extra for that.

I had Freeletics for over 4years now.. workouts mostly at home early mornings or late nights due to schedule with small children which did not always allow to go to the gym.. over the 4years I have been on and off Freeletics.. every time I worked out i started to feel better, healthier, stronger and happier.. on top of loosing the extra KGs it helped me recover my strength and trust in my leg after ankle and knee injuries & operation and find my way back to snowboarding and kitesurfing in my mid 40s.. got a lifetime subscription when they came on offer…

Be aware. You will not receive any emails or push notifications about subscription renewal. You will be charged, and support will not refund you anything! With poor app it is the only way to earn money for them.

A friend uses this app for almost 11 years. He recommended it and i purchased the one year subscription.
In 3 days i had so many glitches, like when someone calls, the app freezes.
Not being able to go back when accidentally tapping the screen twice.
Or quitting the training midway because i don’t have time to finish it.
How is this possible?

It does suggest great workouts.
Unfortunately it’s a very simple app with little features but with a rather complicated interface. During a workout you cannot really do anything else other than follow what it tells you to do. While I like to focus on my workout, I would also like to have an overview of the entire workout while taking breaks, or check other stuff. The app allows you to do nothing.
The counting down before every exercise is also annoying, it doesn’t even show what you’ll need to do. Instead of waiting for the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, GO it could tell you how much weight you’ll need, so you can use this time to change the weights.
I also would like to see a Watch app, so I can mark sets on my wrist and forget about my phone.

I subscribed a year ago, thought I would try it. It didn’t really suite my expectations. Fair enough, that’s up to me.
When I wanted to end my subscription I kept getting errors and now I am automatically renewed. €129. Customer support is seemingly unwilling to help. This could have been a great app but obviously there are major technical issues and a less than desired customer support experience. And that for €129 per year?

Wanneer je serieus aan kracht training doet, is deze app nogal nutteloos. Er zitten vrijwel alleen maar CrossFit-stijl oefeningen in en weinig echte schema’s voor wanneer je gewoon flinke spieren wilt bouwen. Jammer!

Bought the app years ago and it used to be great
But then they started to change everything and charging you extra for everything?
Why?
It was great you didn’t need to change it.

Why can’t I perform and/or join my own challenge? I have created the challenge LungesTime!, but when I click on the white button “Do 40 Squat Reverse Lunges ->”, nothing happens. Please help, because I would like to complete this challenge from the beginning! Thank you in advance!

Been a member from the very start (when Freeletics started with paper based workouts). The app has been a huge leap forward. Love the flexibility of Freeletics, working out at home w/o equipment or at the gym and with equipment!
