While I pay for a Pro sub, the app repeatedly says it doesn’t recognize my correct username and password combination. There was a work-around by logging into the account via Safari, set a cookie by allowing it and then go back and log in via the app. Now this doesn’t even work. I’ve alerted them a few months back but they don’t fix it. I mean, I had to find this work-around myself, support didn’t have an answer back then. Now they don’t have it either. And judging by Twitter complaints I’m not the only one. Seriously, they’re just giving paying users the middle finger. Seems to me the developers just don’t care at all apart from getting our money. Pathetic. Will unsubscribe because I can’t watch what I’m paying for.
