The best app I downloaded 3 years ago, very accurate with my periods and even understands my body and mood swings more than I do. It really helps me manage my mood, acne, trauma and depression.❤️

I have used Flo for years and now I have recommended it to my teenage daughter. Is very friendly, simple to use and has been a great support to understand my hormones fluctuating. It is not very intuitive for perimenopause, though. For example it doesn’t relate my age and my now unpredictable periods with perimenopause but with pregnancy (?). Also it got a little annoying asking constantly to buy the subscription, but I guess is the same with all free apps. Besides this, I fully recommend it.

It’s really incorrect to make me fill out a full questionnaire just to hit me with a paywall, what a waste of time

normally 4 stars but right now like 2.5 because i would always log in with my face idea. Now it asks my code ( I don’t know my code ) so I delete the app hoping I could log in again but know it still wants my code.

I have been using this for over a year and a half now and it’s been beneficial to track my period, symptoms, and plan my activities around that. I will be using this for a long time! Thanks Flo.

It’s nice but you can tell it’s specifically and exclusively catered to straight people. Seems like queer doesn’t even exist as an idea from flo

Ik ben zeer tevreden over het gebruik van de app. Ik leer steeds meer over mijn eigen lichaam en ik vindt allerlei leuke, interessante, mooie bronnen waar ik op z’n tijd in kijk. Bedankt!

Betrouwbaarheid is best hoog met deze app, mijn cyclus klopt bijna altijd. Je krijgt handige tips, je kunt vanalles lezen over jezelf en eventuele klachten. Top app♥️

Really great only would love it more if that also translate the app to other languages

I’ve used many apps and methods for years. But I’ve switched over since 2021 to FLO. And it has been game changing. This app knows my body even better than I know it myself. You’re provided by a lot of info in every fase of your cycle or pregnancy. I like the notifications when it tells what my forecast will be for the day and it’s mostly accurate hhh.

I love this app, I know exactly when my period starts en I can rely on it. My partner knows all the ins and outs of how im feeling in the cycle. The only thing that could be better is when you have a miscarriage and you have to wait to get your period again. The app tells you when you should get it but its totally different when you had a mc.

Ik woon in Nederland in Europa en ben dertien maar vind het jammer dat ik het niet mag gebruiken en vind het ook best wel onlogisch dus helaas maar voor de rest is het een goeie app iedereen die ik ken gebruikt het maar is wel jammer dat ik zestien moet zijn

I use Flo to track my period and estimate my fertile periods and find correlating patterns in my symptoms around pms.
I am pretty sure i can do this with apple health too and apple health comes with a lot fewer pop ups that are in my face about all kinds of blog-style interjections. These are great for some audiences; i am not the target audience.
This app does not integrate with apple health, and since i use apple health for most things i have to do the double work of logging my periods there too.
I will probably not renew my subscription but i do not regret it.

It’s one of the best apps for period tracking but some things are still not perfect. It’s really irritating that it’s impossible to turn off notifications from “Messages”, I don’t use this section and don’t want to get a lot of notifications from the app, but I can’t turn them off totally because I use water and pills notifications.
Also it’s a bit weird list of activities, I mean it would be better I could add my own sport; and also “Other” category doesn’t have “psychotherapy” button, for example, but this affects body and mind a lot, no less than stress or meditation.

I added this app to keep track of my cycle and symptoms and I do think this app and the concept is very nice, but I’m being bombed with sex related stuff. Next to that there’s a chat opening for every single symptom. So as a woman with endometriOSis after giving the app all my symptoms 10 chats opened. No, too much for me…

This app is made by MEN, they sell your private information to third party companies. If you add your partner to your cyclus, the messages he’ll get are: “Your partner has a high sex drive today.” Seriously?! Out of everything you could’ve told, you only suggest sex towards our partners? I’m seriously done being objectified by everything and everyone, and so do other women. I suggest looking into another app made by WOMEN who prioritise your health over money. ✏️ EDIT: This company just replied to me with a generic costumer service answers, please do your research before downloading the app. Their company has been sued before for selling your information.
