After more than a year of meeting wonderful people, I decided to pay for Majestic for 3 months and received a permanent ban for no reason. Technical support never explained the reason for the ban. They kept my money and banned me for life. I had important friends and contacts on the app, and now I can never access it again. I'm very disappointed with the app and its technical support.

very buggy, i get notifications if messages but whenever i try clicking on chats it says im offline and doesnt let me access the feature. even if the other features work fine

You can’t even see the profile of your own partner when they set it on hidden. I would like to see the profile of my partner before adding them..!

Likes komen achter betaalmuur terecht. Je kunt niet matchen met de personen die je hebben geliked, want ze komen niet terecht in je aanbod. Typisch.

This app is honestly one of the most blatant cash grabs I have ever used. The entire design seems built around tricking people into paying for a premium membership while delivering absolutely nothing in return.
The most obvious issue is what happens with likes. When you actually have a premium membership you get zero likes. Absolutely nothing. The app feels completely dead. But the moment your membership expires you suddenly start receiving notifications saying people liked your profile. It is incredibly obvious what they are doing. They hold back the activity until your subscription ends just to pressure you into paying again.
Another problem is that the people who supposedly like you never appear in your explore feed. Even if you decide to pay and see who liked you they still never show up when you swipe. That makes the entire feature completely useless and misleading.
On top of that a huge number of profiles on this app are clearly fake. Many of them are bots or scam accounts that exist only to get you to click external links. Instead of meeting real people you constantly run into profiles pushing shady websites or suspicious links.
I wasted way too much money on this app thinking it would eventually start working the way it claims. It never did. The whole system feels manipulative and dishonest.
Save your money and avoid this app. It is not worth it at all.

This app is super slow and gives notifictions when there aren’t any! Service is bad. You pay and don’t get an majestic upgrade

Love what the app stands for! I can imagine lot of people are very hard at work, but the quality is relatively poor. Buggy app, not worth the subscription in my opinion

Geen enkele app is zo slecht in het vinden van de juiste foto’s op de telefoon (iPhone) als deze. Ben 3 uur bezig geweest om het voor elkaar te krijgen en als je contact zoekt krijg je (uiteraard) een robot, heb je niks aan.

Not able to upload any pictures after multiple attempts, costumer service does not solve this problem.

Latest update locked me out of my app due to my phone not running on iOS 16. No warning, nothing. Thanks guys, great stuff..

Been using some other dating apps and get tons of likes, same was happening here until I paid for the Majestic version. After purchasing never received any more likes! Don’t waster your money!

Used the app for many years. The concept is great but on a software level, Filters are useless and the app has been so buggy since day 1. Pity

Very few to no real people and fake bot accounts just use onlyfans girls pictures, no effort to even make it seem real

É um lixo de aplicativo, e sempre faz com que você seja obrigado a pagar pelo uso dele. Te dá 24 de bloqueio, e quando dá as 24h começa a contagem de novo. Horrível horrível horrível. Sem contar o preconceito que é o atendimento deles.

My account got deleted out of nowhere. Helpdesk was polite and informing me about a bug of some sort and that they were doing their best to fix it. This has been more then 10 days ago. Starting to feel shady tbh
