Your smart phone app is extremely slow and sometimes doesn’t update or show my selected “ heart” products. Often takes forever to show selection after clicking on it. Other shopping apps like H&M or Zara works just fine and are not slow. I tried deleting your app and reinstalling several time but this didn’t fix the problem. This is very annoying and often makes me quit the app and not shop. Shopping experience shouldn’t be this difficult or painful. I noticed this app problem started happening in 2023 and 2024, prior to that the app was functioning perfectly. I hope you fix it, otherwise you’re losing many clients. Sara, Feb 29, 2024.
