MeerTo understand this game you wil need to think in context as sentences are badly translated from Chinese (HK). For what I understand the player is a lord who after absence returns to find his land met by disaster. Buildings need to be renovated and the people need to be fed, a band of explorers need to be recruited to find missing townsmen, like a blacksmith or a merchant to bring back to your land for it to be restored to former glory.
It took me some time to understand that when leaving the town to fulfill a quest the camera is top-down (like a birds view) and the send-out team needs to move over a grid and carry enough food to get to a destination, fight, occupy, mine and return before starvation. When your party gets stronger it can carry more food and travel further.
The animations of the characters lack detail. Similar games like Chromatic Souls are more polished with fully voices characters, on the other hand this game does not draw inspiration from Tolkien but from Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land or Busin 0. The world is in perpetual darkness and the background music is never heroic. As the master of the land guides the souls of the dead to an afterlife or reserection. Talking to the necromancer opens up a backstory that could hold his own game. It is the character stories and the portrayal of mystery that is the real star here.3door Wat*****18/06/2018Really good game but....
MeerI am one of the skilltree RPG Dungeon crawling games fan. No base building for me but old school levelling up through killing monsters. Sure, I like a good sword and shield as a reward.
So full of hope I started with this game.
And I liked almost everything. One thing annoyed the hell out of me.
The English Text is awfull! I think they asked the baker from next door to do the translating.
Please spend a few thousand dollars for some proper translating!

MeerThis game is very entertaining. Theres a real oldskool RPG vibe going on.
It has a few drawbacks to hit 5 stars for me. Dungeons on the map are kind off the same as monster encounters and loot at the end of dungeons in laughable. For instance im at the end of a great dwarf armory and at the end of the dungeon i get a common robe.. i like the fact that getting equipement is hard but such quests need at least a rare drop.
Also crafting is a bit off putting right now. Im a week into this game and i still cant craft anything better than had allready dropped en drop rate is very low.
Overal very good game need Some fine tuning for playing experience.4door Min*******14/03/2018
