At first I felt the drawings looked childish, until I found out pretty quickly that the method works! I had started studying the kana using another method and soon started mixing up everything. Then I tried this and after a few days of looking at the app for about half an hour, I noticed that I did not mix up the signs anymore and could remember them much better. A real find!
