Nice app with a few snags
MeerOverall nice app, but:
- not being able to manually specify station of origin with reroutes is annoying since you can in practice make it further than what NS tells DB
- would like to find back earlier alternatives selected for the purpose of requesting refunds, particularly because of construction work announced earlier on
- please add NFC suppression to the ticket page. Trying to open a NS gateline with a DB e-ticket can result in a nasty €33,30 charge on Apple Pay because of an incomplete journey otherwise.

MeerIch muss immer mein Vater in Holland fragen um meine Fahrkarten zu bezahlen da die Deutsche Bahn wohl nicht möchte dass ich aus Deutschland mit Apple Pay zahle. Mein Vater kann das übrigens auch nicht, aber andere Zahlungsmöglichkeiten stehen für ihn schon offen. Wahrscheinlich sind ausländische Bankverbindungen das Problem.

MeerOverall, the app is well designed and easy enough to use. The one exception is comfort check-in: the user is expected to manually enter their reservation ID, which requires either canceling the action, or looking up the number in an email. The app already has this information, since I am clicking through from the reservation that corresponds to that exact ticket, which is all the app needs. This needs to be redesigned with the actual user in mind.
