Per ongeluk een jaar abonnement ipv een pay per view genomen. Zit er nu een jaar aan vast

De app loopt continu vast en het afspelen stopt dan moet je de app weer opnieuw opstarten en begint alles weer bij het begin gewoon pure oplichterij zonde van het geld

I live in Germany but I’m Dutch, I want to watch the Rico Verhoeven Fight and the spoken voiceover are in German I can not change it or so ever. I want my money back this is not normal!

De video valt soms uit tijdens live events. Je klikt op lid worden voor een jaar. Vervolgens krijg je weken later ineens een mail dat je bent uitgeschreven ‍

Seriously? Autoplay? With audio at full volume on the Apple TV app? Just let me browse the app in peace and let me turn off autoplay. It’s such an annoying feature on all apps, but at least it can be disabled on almost all of them. Why can’t I with Dazn? You really think you’re great, huh?

Edit: Seems like they fixed the freezing issues. Still that autoplay, though ‍♂️

Trying to end my subscribtion where apparently ive been paying for 6 months without knowing. Nobody there to tell what to do only to go online and end it myself. But in my account it says I have a free subscribtion.
This probably AI customer service keep asking the same dumb questions over and over but Doesn’t find any thing. Obviously.
Don’t ever get a subscribtion here unless you want an empty credit card account

The streams are poor and the costs very high. You pay extra for events.
Beware to stop the 7day trail. Otherwise you are silently paying every month. I sadly did for 6 months. The company does not send any mail about prolonging.
Customer service does nothing to help or take responsibility

App is almost unworkable slow on the iPhone and Apple TV even whith a fast internet connection (lan/wifi/5g). The app frequently freezes and you need to wait an unknown time (trying to look when the userinterface is responding again or when waiting too long you need to close the app. Restarting the device offers no solution. Hope the performance of the app will improve in the near future.

Want to play a game from the start? No worries but first you’ll het the score it’s currently at! Want to skip forward a few minutes? Sure but you’ll have to click the button 17 times before it works and the screen will pause up completely. Terrible app, would almost stop etching the NFL just to avoid it.

Despite normal data at 40/50Mbps the app can’t stream, giving error 10-005-001. Same network on the pc and the streaming work. Embarrassing for a 500$ year subscription. Hope you gonna go bankrupt.

I hate, hate all types of martial arts. And this app keeps trying to force it down my throat. For some reason I first need to confirm that I really don’t want to buy some awful boxing match before I can watch the sports I want. It is getting so bad that I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription.

Awful app! Streaming games are horrible to watch. Constantly lagging, stuttering, loading! Really annoying! Gamepass wasn’t really good but this app really sucks!
Waste of money!

Paying 220 bucks per year for the game pass you would expect a lag free stream but it’s far away from that.
Lagging all the time, games not available.
Additionally it requires an update and the update never finishes.
Contacting customer service doesn’t generate any answer.

I open the app, I’m confronted with a nonsense auto-playing header that I can’t turn off. I struggle to navigate to the sport I want because the remote control input is so laggy. I have to wait literal minutes before my input is received. The streams themselves are fine, when I finally get there, but I’ve had to resort to casting from my phone several times now…

To get to my saved NFL team I have to go through so many steps everytime. App sometimes doesn't detect Google tv. There is no continue watching functionality.

So you pay and have a login which works at iPhone or iPad but logging in at Apple TV with same Apple Account is not possible. Security over experience at his best. ^%%# the customer.
