I’ve just had the worst customer service experience ever. Of course the topic is;cancelling subscription. You immediately see that the company doesn’t want to help you cancel your subscription.
Came in contact with an employee named Serge, according to the chatbot (I am in doubt if it even was an employee). For cancelling my subscription he kept referring to online articles. Which I have already read and tried, and let him know. But nevertheless he wasn’t able to help me in any other way. Not even redirecting me to another colleague. His best solution was to just cancel the chat. So in the end did not cancel my subscription and Serge just left.
What a poor experience. Just terrible. So in advice; keep in mind that this company does not want to help in any way to cancel you subscription. Which I get from a commercial point of view, but from customer service….
