No service, only chatbots
MeerIs there a possibility to call with classpass instead of speaking to multiple chatbots. I have been waiting more than 48 hours for the expert team to process a simple payment (which was not my fault but an error at ClassPass). I assume I spoke to another chatbot again after asking for an employee (i keep getting the same Vivian), who states that I will not get my 80 credits back and that my account can no longer be activated in general, while the money has already been deducted from my own account. I have been a customer for 3-4 years and have never experienced so many problems with classpass.

MeerThe cancellation fees are outrageous when compared with the price of subscription. Better to pay a regular gym, at least if you have a problem and cannot show up you are not being charged extra

MeerYou can’t even go to the same location/brand twice during your trial period, which means you have to further out after each workout. So inconvenient eewww.

MeerThis app is honestly a bit of a scam - you are not really paying for the “credits” or to use them. Once you cancel your payment it automatically deletes unused credits. So if you pay 25€ and you receive 25 credits - but then cancel, you lose all your credits. Which begs the question, what am I paying for exactly? Credits also don’t roll over even if unused. So the credits aren’t worth anything. From a business point of view - they offer so many trials, but the businesses have to pay for the students, the teachers etc. Classpass isn’t paying the businesses either. So basically they mess both parties up for financial gain. If you have a complaint about this, it’s nearly impossible to reach out to them. I think because they are aware of their scammy tactics.
But if anything - classpass? Please explain to me what is it exactly that I’m paying for? If it’s not credits(since they clearly aren’t mine to use) then what it is?1door Sea****07/03/2026Only worth it if you are traveling or if you want to try out multiple places.
MeerTheir dynamic pricing makes everything as expensive if not more if used regularly and over a few months. Non existent customer service that doesn’t understand basic English is also frustrating.

MeerIt’s so not flexible and so disappointing in general. Used it for many years, over 5k bookings but no flexibility or anything. Customer service unreachable through mail and chat is not coming to any solutions. Have lived in many countries and it’s good to see what’s going on everywhere but I nowadays it’s better to join a community based gym. Less expensive, more rewards

MeerDe app is iets stabieler geworden in recente updates. De gedwongen review is er nog wel en heel erg irritant. Bovendien vervuilt het de scores. Wat betekent het nog als ik elke keer opnieuw de sla die ik heb gehaald als goed aanmerk? Of ik ga uit irritatie een random aantal sterren geven. STOP hiermee. Of weeg aantal reserveringen voor hetzelfde ding mee in je algoritme.

MeerGenerally it’s very expensive for what it offers, but I especially didn’t like all the cancellation and absence fees which you cannot pay with your credits, but rather you pay extra. The app is already expensive, the extra fees just make the experience more stressful for me. I cancelled it after the trial period because it really wasn’t worth it.

MeerIk wilde eigenlijk geen sterren geven maar dat kan helaas niet!
Ik ben erg teleurgesteld in de klantenservice van Classpass en heb ik altijd zonder issues gebruik kunnen maken van het platform. Nu had ik helemaal zin in een gezichtsbehandeling en sta ik voor een dichte deur van een salon op jullie platform. Nog erger de salon bestaat niet eens en ik krijg mijn geld niet terug. Zelfs extra credits gekocht om deze behandeling te kunnen doen maar dat geld krijg ik ook niet terug.
Ik vind dat jullie en de salon verantwoordelijk zijn voor wat er op jullie platform staat en daar ook naar moeten handelen. Ik heb mijn abonnement opgezegd omdat ik er te weinig gebruik van maak en altijd credits verlies en daarom wilde ik ze nu voor de nieuwe cyclus opmaken.
Nog nooit meegemaakt dat een bedrijf zo handelt wanneer het de fout van het bedrijf en hun klant is. Erg teleurstellend!1door Lin**30/12/2025My grandma is faster

MeerYou can’t navigate more than a couple of times in the app otherwise it heats up your phone like crazy and freezes. I gave up trying to do anything in the app, it’s borderline unusable. And that’s on a 15 pro max

MeerI like classpass for what it offers, good classes, nice subscription options. But the app is very unstable. It freezes all the time, is very slow and unintuitive to use. I have to reinstall a lot. Badly made.

MeerI am encountering a very annoying and persistent bug which leaves the app unusable at the moment. Every time i open the app I am required to leave a review for the last class i followed. I entered this review 6 times already but the app keeps bringing me back to this required review page with no way around it. Arghh. I already updated to the latest version, to no avail.

MeerI like the concept and the amount of gyms I can visit? But I really dislike the app. It’s very clunky to use and a little buggy. I can’t just search for what’s close by and I really dislike that I have to review every single place I visit.

MeerI can’t open the app anymore. I can’t book any class now and I don’t know what to do. Very annoying. (My iOS is 16.6 and it has to stay like that for now)
