Able to download maps again!
Sad you left us in a black hole for so long but good to be able to use it offline again.

The app was great especially when offline
However the map remains blank, despite having paid to use it offline .
When I am offline I have no access and I need cellular data to see the map. In the past it was no problem but even after I paid I do not see the difference

App functioneerde altijd prima, eerst alle data (Pins) kwijt en is nu gelukkig weer hersteld (Premium user). Nu reageert de app bijzonder slecht/traag en zijn de offline data moeizaam tot niet te downloaden! App op een andere telefoon geprobeerd maar dezelfde problemen! Graag herstellen!

I have a premium paid account with hundreds of organized pins, and, along with all other uses, about a year ago I have lost all my pins and data as well as my premium account which I have paid for. Restore purchase doesn’t work and absolutely no reply from customer service when I contact them. This was once THE maps app to go to, now it’s rubbish.

After a year of horror, the app is updated and the maps are working smoothly again. Tears of joy. Thank you so much.

I don’t know what I do wrong. But recently the maps are no longer usable without internet. So it is NOT suitable for OFFLINE usage. If this is the case, then after 10 years of use it is for me the end. Therefore only 1 star rating.

I was not able to use my app for several months. No maps were showing as my history of pins.
I don’t know if it had to do with Kulemba being the new owner or iOS update. Sent e-mail a month ago to the new owners and no reply, so that’s not helping either.
At the end, tried to log out and in again and all my maps were still not showing.
The solution was to delete my app from my phone and download it again.
Now all my maps are showing.

I’ve been using Ulmon Pro since is was launched, almost a decade ago. For years I travelled all around the world, saving unique spots and memorable places.
Last week, I updated the app. All the data is gone. Ulmon support doesn’t answer to my mails. Very sad...
Use only if you don’t mind suddenly losing years of saved places.

Ben ineens mijn lopende rechten (account, lijsten) kwijt, zonder aankondiging! Zeer dubieus... wat is er aan de had? Heeft het bedrijf problemen?

A few years ago I purchased this rather pricy app. Been using it often all over the world and composed great lists of nice points of interest. Suddenly now I have los all of my downloaded lists and maps. And I have to sign up again. Why and how did this happen and how can I get all my data back?

Imposseble to yes and work with.
And I even paid for it.
If I could rate it 0 stars, I would do it.

Purchased citymaps pro when the app was relatively new many years ago. The details were stunning. Due to loss of password I bought the pro version again but the details were gone. Outside urban areas the app leaves you in the blind were details used to be. I would also suggest a more detailed legend to go with the maps.

Op onze 25 daagse reis door China hadden wij veel plezier van deze app. Goede kaarten van provincies en grote steden kwamen zeer goed van pas doordat niemand er engels sprak.

Super gedetailleerde kaarten, niet alleen in de stad zoals de naam doet vermoeden, maar ook in het bos. Als je de juiste kaart hebt gedownload kun je eigenlijk pas verdwalen als je telefoon leeg is, want G4 of WiFi heb je niet nodig. En dat is vooral weer handig in een beetje afgelegen bos

Werkt prima, alle info voor handen, te markeren op kaart en live middels gps op pad naar je doel. Mooie foto’s toevoegen. En als je later nog eens terug gaat naar doe stad vind je alles perfect terug. De pro versie, onbeperkte mappen, is een aanrader. Nooit meer verloren in een vreemde stad.

Ik had het voor een trip naar Parijs aangeschaft. Het heeft goede diensten bewezen, vooral omdat het offline bruikbaar blijft.
