Viajo desde Madrid por trabajo, y es confortable calidad precio, me gusta Blablacar, recomendable 100%

The site and the app doesnt show any results on mobile version of website, neither the app. It is not the only website like that which only works on computer….. can’t imagine what can go wrong really

De app werkt wel maar het kan beter. Ik kan bijvoorbeeld mijn profielfoto niet aanpassen en er staat ten onrechte in mijn profiel dat ik vaak afgezegd heb.
En het zou handig zijn als je zelf kunt zien welke ritmeldingen je voor welke datum al gedaan hebt.
Verder zag ik bij de beoordeling van de ritten, af en toe wat racistische en vrouwonvriendelijke opmerkingen staan. Je kan het wel melden in de app. En je kan natuurlijk zelf bepalen of je instapt bij die persoon.

This app is for long distances not useful at all. A pick up area is missing, why only one address? Route options can not be chosen. For example driving from NL to Spain only goes via Lyon. Why not Bordeaux-San Sebastian- Pamplona-Zaragoza?

No in-app language setting option, the language set in the system settings doesn’t take effect, language and currency is determined by system region—whoever came up with this idea deserves a salary cut

Uważam że portal pobiera za dużą prowizję a jadąc autostradą płatną nie uwzględnia tych opłat które wciąż wzrastają. Później pasażerowie mówią że tyle podaje aplikacja i on nie zamierza nic z tym zrobić. Dziękuję do widzenia

Have payments pending for 5 passengers for reason of address modification but the address is not modifiable so the payment keeps pending . Big scam

I was scammed through a fake payment link sent by a driver on BlaBlaCar. The scammer even created another fake account to repeat the same fraud. Shockingly, there’s no clear way to report scams or get support which is crazy.

I don’t think it’s necessary to debit someone when the journey won’t be possible and you say to refund in five days time ? What’s if that’s I’ve got and the journey is a must ? Because that’s what’s am facing now !

The app used to be really good. But lately, it’s almost impossible to plan a trip. It will take very inconvenient pickup/dropoff points, that will easily add half an hour to your ride (with four passengers it adds 1 1/2 to 2 hours). If you correct those points, it will just forget those corrections, and you can’t change them again — so you need to communicate with all your riders the true pick up points which always takes a LOT of communication. And a burden since you cannot even mention Google Maps before it starts blocking your messages… (honest to God!). And then the crazy qrrival times. Apparently the app expects you to drive 150 km/h by all times, without break, without tanking or charging, without taking time to pick up passengers, and even the commonest of traffic jams are not calculated at all. For me it takes easily 30 to 50% more time for the ride than the app says it does. The app has no way to share each other’s locations to easily find each other, it’s always a big hassle where it shouldn’t be. There is no way to send voice messages, which is stupid, since you cannot type and drive at the same time. The basic idea is so good, but the app is getting worse and worse.

Mij aangemeld op de site . Roy aangeboden en vervolgens ontving ik een bericht in het Duits dat iemand een rit bij mij hadden geboekt maar mijn profiel geblokkeerd werd.

Blablacar brengt perfect vraag en aanbod bij elkaar om reizigers bij elkaar te brengen. Heel handig in het geval van treinstakingen of andere calamiteiten.
Het systeem werkt goed en je krijg een kleine fooi voor het chauffeuren. De vergoeding die je krijgt voor het rijden is symbolisch, en zeker voor Nederlandse begrippen aan de veel te lage kant om uberhaupt je kosten te dekken. De maximale vergoeding die je kan instellen komt ongeveer neer op €0,07 per gereden km, voor beginnende chauffeurs is dit nog veel minder (rond €0,03 per gereden km). Reizigers meenemen doe je dus vooral voor de gezelligheid en om je medemens te helpen!
