MeerHeel fijn, doordat het zo laag drempel if is wou ik het proberen. En zit op het moment tegen een burn out aan, en dit helpt me nu al. Ik merk dat doordat het niet te lang is ik het wil doen en juist even die momenten met aandacht voor mijn eigen lichaam heb ik zo erg nodig. echt heel fijn ! Ik word weer wat vrolijker !

MeerThe voice that reads the stories is very strange. The pauses between the words are very annoying. He makes some weird modulation of his voice. It’s more annoying than relaxing
