Anki is great, shout-out to the team! Would be so great to have auto-sync feature so that you don’t have to click the “synchronize” button on iOS every time!

As it turns out, this app will not provide very basic functions, you cannot create a deck without using a computer first. That’s a serious limitation which is not mentioned anywhere - quite the opposite, on the official website you can read about how easy it is, you just create a .csv file from your spreadsheet and import it in the app. Unfortunately that’s not true, it’s not possible without using a computer software first. That makes this app useless for me and anyone who doesn’t have an easy access to a computer. The high price of it is therefore absolutely unjustified. There is another app called “Flashcards Deluxe” which is much cheaper and it allows you to create a deck from a spreadsheet within seconds, using your phone only - so I strongly recommend to get that one instead of Anki, at least until they introduce this option (but I saw on their forums that this is being discussed for years already and still not implemented, so I I wouldn’t count on it).

I love the feature auto advance. I was wondering if it would be possible to add the functionality so the auto advance would still continue even when I close the app window. This could help me to review the cards when my phone is closed. Thank you so much!

Anki is a great help in memorising all things memorable: Dutch birds, Scales, German words, phrases or Bundesländer, Dylan (Thomas) poems, Sutras,...
With the help of Ankiweb, a free cloud-service, it's a piece of cake to keep your Anki-apps on smartphone, tablet, desktop in sync. Indeed, you can improve your memory using any e-Channel you like.
Finally, creating your own deck of cards (possibly bulk via a spreadsheet) is helpful and fun.
Yes, Anki 4 ever, as far as I'm concerned.

Good to be able to study when I’m on the go, design isnt great but it does the job. Learning very effectively, only studying 15 min a day but learning 200 cards! It’s worth 28 euros!

Just wish that cards would stay responsive even after multitasking / floating windows. Right now have to go back to decks and click into the deck again.

This app, as part of the Anki ecosystem, is simply the best you can find. It’s really easy to use, has good documentation, an active community and a great algorithm.
The fact that it’s also open source and has a great privacy policy makes this absolutely worth every penny of it.

Would be nice if it would automatically sync. Even better with automatic Background Refresh / syncing...
Also, I'd like to enable the Scratchpad on my iPad, but not on my iPhone (same deck).

Please, make it possible to create an anki card from shortcuts. Imagine adding a new word/sentence for language learning just by selecting the text and running the shortcut that will do all routine: translation, or looking for definition and inserting all that information to fields on the card.

Great app, very simple to use. Bought it after exploring the website. Happy to be able to support the project.

I have been using Anki to study Japanese since 2009 and owe my skills mostly to this app and the knowledge I gained though reviewing.
The algorithm it uses is by far the best SRS out there. Stickystudies is fun to get acquainted with Japanese. But sooner or later you’ll want to switch to full sentences and this app is your friend.
The developer is very hands-on in replying to questions and has put a lot of effort into developing it for free over the years (the desktop version still is free to this day). So it was a no-brainer to buy this app as it makes studying using Anki way easier.
Do yourself a favor and get it, combine it with the desktop app and get to memorizing!

Creating a filtered randomly ordered deck with cards in review, does not work. If you do the exact same filter in the computer version you will get a random filtered deck. In the mobile version it will not be random despite selecting that option.
Being able to use random temporary decks was the main reason for me to buy this app so to see that this doesn't work yet is disappointing.

This new update greatly improves the User Interface.

Double tapping the screen (by accident, when scrolling down for instance) during review marks the card automatically as “correct”. This happens a lot. Super annoying. Devs: please get rid of the feature or allow me to turn it off.

Anki is still the best SRS-software available. The possibilities are almost endless. This app is definitely worth it's price.

It's a great app. I use it as game to learn anything. I'm writing this because in the last update custom study crashes the app.

5 stars don’t even cut it by a long shot. I’m still mostly using the free desktop app but gladly supported the developer of this simple yet genius application — I can see how some might be thrown off by the price but to those still hesitant to make the purchase: This app’s value far exceeds its price.
I’m using this app for my university's content-heavy courses (Neuroanatomy, Cognitive Science, Programming, Psychopharmacology), so I can vouch for this app to not only be tremendously useful for learning foreign languages but for sooo much more..!
