I signed up for the 14-day trial with Alo Moves to explore their paid content before committing to a subscription. Despite seeing that my trial and subscription were active in the App Store, I haven’t been able to access any of the paid content. This is incredibly frustrating, as the trial period is ticking away without me being able to use what I signed up for.
I reached out to the customer service team twice through their website to resolve this issue, but I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and support is really disappointing, especially when the trial period is being wasted without me getting a chance to evaluate the content. This experience has been more stressful than beneficial, and I’m starting to question whether I want to continue with Alo Moves at all.
If the app developers want people to convert to paying customers, they need to address these issues quickly. I hope this review helps bring some attention to the problem, but at this point, I’m not impressed.

I love Alo! But the app has some hiccups. Can’t seem to log my classes most of the time. Would love to be able to edit this afterwards too. Some classes have logged more than 10 times for some reason…

I really love the workouts and all it’s possibilities! There is so much diversity.
But…. The app on my phone and tablet keeps getting stuck until I switch off my device and try again.
That’s terribly annoying.

I really like alo moves but the app itself is total disappointment! When you scroll down it refreshes the page all the time, there are no filter like on desktop and so on!

Two days into this app as a novice and I’m already loving it! It’s challenging (depending on what practice you chose) which I like, instead of baby’ing you through every move. If you’re trying to get stronger through yoga, I highly recommend Patrick Beach! Calm voice, clear instructions, working a light sweat :)

Zoveel keus; yoga stijlen, trainers, meditatie of juist focussen op 1 ding zoals handstanden of lenigheid. Het is een echte aan rader! Filmpjes zijn van goeie kwaliteit. Downloaden en offline afspelen is ook mogelijk. Eigenlijk helemaal niks op aan te merken...

It’s never about how far or how good in the ‘perfect’ pose, it’s always about you and being aware of where you are..
Moving save, giving confidence about your body, to trust it, to listen to it, to respect and love it❤️
As a teacher my own daily practice is different every time, depending on my needs, how I feel, or how much time I can create and ALO offers something yoga-sweet every time

Great app, great trainers and excellent guidance before and during the videos. I travel a lot for work and you can do this almost anywhere.

Long doubted between "glo" and this. The prime bring about the same and both having fantastic teachers of a level which I will never achieve.
The UI/UX made the difference. I cannot find anything in glo while alo has a very simple way to find what I need and they present me with what I need.
BUT CHROMECAST IS THE KILLER ARGUMENT : IF YOU DO NOT FIX CHROMECAST (IT CRASHES WHEN USING CHROMECAST IN iOS 13.3 ESPECIALLY WHEN SCROLLING THROUGH VIDEO) I CAN JUST AS WELL CHOOSE GLO.
FIXING CHROMECAST IS A PIECE OF CAKE FOR TRUE DEVELOPERS.

The classes are good, enough choices etc.
But the app, chromecast works or not (since I wear glasses I use my tv to make it big enough so I can see good enough without my glasses on (i mean really annoying to do yoga with glasses on) but sometimes it just won’t do... it ‘ll play another class just fine, but not the one I want?

- Chromecasting sometimes works - sometimes not. Does not give an error code or something
- If its playing on my iPad I cannot pause, I have to exit the video.
- If its on full screen on my iPad I cannot pause nor exit - I have to use the home button to get out.
- The feed doesnt work on the iPad, I can only see the left half of the preview.
I love the lessons but this irritates me very much sometimes. And that’s not the best thing before a yoga session

On iOS 10:
- scrolling through series results in popping back to top. This makes it hard to scroll down.
- Download progressbar overlaps the top downloaded video
- When starting a workout; using the full screen button flips the screen around.
- unable to post a workout; the post button is missing.

A solid app, with lot's of good yoga classes. Allows download of classes, so you can practice on your holidays.

It is a really nice app with great workoutplans. They keep expanding and also coming up with great ideas. Keep doing it Codyapp!

The app works fine. The workoutplans are super. Of course it sells a dream when seeing these great bodes of the teachers. But when feeling my own strength and flexelility grow, it gives inspiration. So i might take the iPad to the beach and show of .....one of these days.
