MeerIt helps a lot with practicing. Especially the audio clips.
The only thing that I notice that isn’t convenient is that you can’t read your previous answers when you are for example answering the “cost of control”. If you go back two or more questions you lose all the answers you already filled in...
I also miss an password option to protect and encrypt all my data. Especially if you want to send your answers to yourself or others.. the app will get 5 stars if this gets included ^_^3door Jan****26/10/2019Insightful beyond my expectations

MeerVery helpful. I like that you can save answers and do the exercises again. The voices aren't really to my taste, but l'm picky that way. All in all: love it

MeerVery easy to use app to practise ACT, with great exercises that don't take too long.
It would get two extra stars if it had a password/lock.

MeerAs an ACT-trainer, therapist I am delighted to have this tool to share with my clients!
My clients can choose an exercise that fits in the moment (many different excersises!); they can keep on track (being reminded to practise), stay motivated by seeing what they have done (graphics and bars that turn yellow) en share the results with me as a therapist before the next session; this way we can work far more effectively.
The excercises consist of both listening and writing. The questions after the mindfulness-excersises are enriching and helpful.
In short: this App is a 'must have' for therapists, trainers and coaches; and for all of those who want to know and experience more of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
