Only one free day of exercises. And they kind of forced you into reviewing them to have acced to second free day. Way to commercial. And doing no justice at all to the pilates practice

Real Pilates excercises, explained well, with an explanatory animation. It’s not really 5 min though, but a little less...

It is a bit unfortunate that it is not clear from the begining that the free app only includes 2 sessions.

I love this app! I decided to buy the full upgrade, now I use it every day and I feel myself getting stronger bit by bit. Also it’s great for some mindfulness just before going to sleep

Just finished second day. 5 minutes are easy to spare. Have a long way te go and already was sufferig from light
aching muscles. Hope this is easy enough to cling to.
