3 Minute Mindfulness

Clear, smooth and engaging voice. Good text and matching music. I practise it almost every evening and it feels good and familiar.
Tranquillity of the spoken words uplifted by the embracing music.

It reminder me to give myself a vigorating quiet moment to re-energize (mainly at work). And it works!

It helps me to go back to me. You can use it anytime anywhere whithout people noticing.

It helps me to remind myself that i am worth it.. I am really happy with the mindfullnes app. I learn new things every day.
The messages during the day are good reminders!

My only issue is that you can only access a certain amount of exercises without paying the ten dollars for premium. Otherwise though, very helpful for chaotic situations

This app really helped me to give my life a boost. What i like most is that the exercises only takes three minutes. So even if you are in a rush in the morning you can do it. Just do it, and find out the joy...

Deze app is mijn dagelijkse time-out en rustmoment. Het zijn ademhalingsoefeningen van maar 3 minuten die overal tussendoor kunnen. Heel doeltreffend!

I've found the app to be incredibly easy to use especially if you lack time to clear your mind. 3 minutes is more than doable.
Only complaint is that I'm not able to add sounds, buzzes or a name to custom exercises.
