1Blocker: Ad Blocker

With youtube messing around and trying to stop adblockers, 1blocker has stopped every attempt at showing ads. And when ads find a way around it’s fixed and back to no ads in less than a day. I am very happy.

Just to let you know, I appreciate 1Blocker tremendously. It is beautifully developed and extremely powerful. Some people should study it more carefully before complaining. Thank you for continuing to develop 1Blocker and make using Safari and apps more comfortable, private and safer. Also my thanks for reading our comments and responding so courteously to suggestions and criticisms.

Ik hoop dat de op mijn iPads iPhone etc aanwezige “Block In-App trackers” ook eens op mn Mac gaat werken. Ik gebruik 1Blocker al vele vele jaren met groot plezier

Since the last update the battery is drained fast. Other than that it looks good. A button to turn off the firewall would be good in the main screen/menu.

Thank you guys for version 6 of the awesome 1Blocker! I love the new design and improvements. I’ve been a happy subscriber for many years and have been recommending 1Blocker to friends and family all that time. It is, without a doubt, the best and most comprehensive content blocker for all Apple platforms.

Minder belabberd dan meeste andere blockers, maar er glipt (vooral binnen het .nl-topdomein) nogsteeds heel veel doorheen.

Lange tijd deze blocker gebruikt tot volle tevredenheid. Maar de laatste tijd zie ik steeds meer websites die vol irritante reclame staan, ondanks het gebruik van deze blocker... Jammer!

Finaly an adblocker what does work without problems. And it blocks ads on Youtube perfectly. I tried others, but none work as good as this one. So yes, i’m happy with this app

Just purchased a Lifetime Subscription which Apple has confirmed. But still not able to enable all filters. Already mailed Support about this issue.
According to their reply you 'll have to wait for days if not weeks to fix this.
Please fix this ASAP.
In the meanwhile I do NOT recommend this adblocker.

It's fixed now within one day, thank you for that.
Sadly firewall isn't compatible with Wireguard or Open VPN protocol as stated in the guide.
But with Wipr 1Blocker works just fine for me, they reinforcing each other in my experience, although slowing down the speed a bit. This combination blocks 100% at d3ward.github.io

Just paid for Lifetime Subscription via Mac Appstore, but still can't enable more than one filter: neither on Mac nor iPhone. Already mailed 1Blocker Support about this issue, but no solution so far.
Please, don't make me regret this purchase.

Youtube gets extremely slow and laggy when it's turned on (even tho I set youtube as an "allowed site")
please fix this, because apparently allowing a site is not the same as pausing 1blocker (which solves the problem).
But then again, why does allowing not work.

This app is great. Only one question; I would like to change the settings, and don’t understand how.

After having used different blockers, I settled for 1Blocker and purchased Premium for life. I use it for years now and it blocks extremely well (very rarely pass things through) and without effort besides periodic updating.
I particularly like YT add blocking. What a unspeakable relief!

I don’t know exactly what it is etc. But I do hope that isn’t a good app. It seems to be reliable, especially in combination with the recommendation from The NY Times. Hope that the plus version isnt a waste of money.

Gebruik het al 2 jaar en doet wat het moet doen. Ik gebruik het op macOS en iOS. Heel incidenteel een keer een website die het niet (goed) doet, 1Blocker even pauzeren en daarna weer aanzetten ;-) Abonnement vind ik prima en betaalbaar, ontwikkelaar moet ook zijn brood verdienen!

Does nothing useful until you pay monthly. If I'm not going to pay Y to remove adverts, how likely am I to pay 1 for removing adverts?
