For the last two months I constantly have Bluetooth connection problems with my Balance. Every two days I have to set up the whole connection again. Please fix this bug, never had this the last year.

Sinds kort loopt mn batterij van active 2 snel leeg. Voorheen kon ik 10 dagen doen met mn horloge nu nog maar 3 dagen.

Why is golf as a workout still not added. I’m waiting ages for this to be added.

It’s been about two weeks now since I’ve used Zeppelin app. It’s very easy to use I understood the app very easily and connected to my Amazfit active 2 smartwatch with out a hustle. I love it!

Unfortunately at every turn I come across an issue that should have been spotted by the developer (or probably was spotted but wasn’t solved because of the lack of critical thinking). For example there is no explanation of what PAI even stands for. UI has like 3 different things that are all represented by changing pages horizontally, good luck keeping track of them. There are always 2 buttons on the screen that mean the same thing (both are for the “device” page). Insights are dismissed with an animation that makes no sense since they re just minimized. No way to disable calorie logging.

It’s a decent app with one major drawback. The widgets only update when the app is opened and synchronized with the device. It would be great if the data could be synced in the background every so often.

Kan geen normale gegevens krijgen die er eerst wel waren. Heb abonnement afgesloten en kan nu niets meer zien. Volgens de app is mijn contract afgelopen op 11.11 maar dat is het nog niet eens. Snap er niets van.

Maar geen 5 sterren omdat de Nederlandse variant erg slecht vertaald is. Er staan hele rare woorden in die letterlijk door Google translate zijn gehaald.
Mag best een beetje effort in zitten.

Nice looking app. Worked for a few hours, but then the syncing stopped. I can see it still monitors my heartbeat, but that’s about it. Quite the shame. Using it with a helio strap

Please make it so you can edit how much gram you ate of something the AI is not always correct

Min punt wel is dat er minder apps zijn,maar heeft wel alles die je nodig mocht hebben

An absolutely amazing app, when i first got on of their watches 3 years ago i was already pleased, but they have kept updating the app frequently and adding actual improvements and useful new features like quick and easy AI food tracking. You can tell they actually care about health and i love that (also want to add that my amazfit watch is amazing, the battery life is and simple functionality is out of this world)

These kinds of grabbing you’re money will keep me far away from Amazfit in the future!

De app is fantastisch om te gebruiken voor mijn horloge maar soms is het verwarrend omdat ik het niet vind

Want a thoroughly insight in your sport data without paying a lot of money? Take an Amazfit. The app works very fine and meet the requirements of your need. Even the older models are still supported and doing the job. No fancy gadgets but jus that what you need to track your sports.

I am using the app for the scale, and it’s the worst experience ever. It’s very complicated and doesn’t even have a window where you can configure settings. It seems like all the effort went into the watch instead.

I used to love the app but recently it stopped saving workouts I started on my device to the app… Tried disconnecting and reconnecting but so far no luck. Hope this will be fixed asap
