Voi – e-steps en e-bikes huren

Ik wil mijn fietsen afsluiten en krijg een error melding, kan na 20 minuten fietsen het niet afsluiten en de timer gaat door naar 40 min. Meerdere keren de app verwijderd helpt niet. Fietsen sluiten zich vanzelf af maar de timer loopt door

Bij het stoppen van de rit blijft hij geven “Oh nee, er is aan onze kant iets misgegaan”. Rit niet te stoppen, helpdesk half uur wachten en veel kosten die ze niet teruggeven!

Ik heb een fiets geleend met minuten op mijn kaart onverwachts krijg ik betaal verzoeken binnen er klopt hier niks van als je het aan de chatbot vraagt komt er niks nuttigs uit

Think of Voi as the company they the entire fleet and app and network have a problem that will make sure to ruin your day - the bikes are geo restricted to like 2 areas but the app does not even tell you what the geo restriction is. You cannot park it ANYWHERE. I mean there’s one option every mile - not even normal like parking does it allow you to stop. It randomly reduces your speed while your biking which is fatally dangerous ! The customer service is a chatbot (not even AI like a 2011 chatbot) so you cannot even get help for any of yheee issues
I tried it three times and after it killed the engine midway across a bridge that ventured out of their mysterious geo fencing and I almost got hit by a car I realized - this is not worth my life. DO NOT try this app

I had a scooter for 30 sec, cancelled it, and got 10 euros taken off my account. This happened several times. I can also not find a customer service number to get a refund.

They will steal from you and will not help you when you need it. The absolute worst customer service unable to help with the most basic questions. Absolutely unacceptable service and they will charge you wrongly and not refund you. BE CAREFUL

I downloaded the app, signed up, linked Apple Pay, and went to take my first ride. It said I was blocked due to suspicious activity. I downloaded a new scooter app instead and will delete this.

Tried to register several times using my telephone number. 2nd step I should get a confirmation code, never got that even after several attempts, so completely crap. Used another provider.

Multiple charges made on my account while I’m nowhere near a scooter. Customer support reply poor says to contact bank, they are not able to do anything. No account review, not looking into the payments, nothing. Will not use voi again

We used the friends link to earn free credits so we can use the step again. But after many conversations with VOI we never received them.
Be warned.

Er stond een 15 minuten gratis rijden voucher op de step, deze was ook geldig in de app. Ik heb echter alsnog moeten betalen voor deze 15 minuten. Kortom: oplichters. Geef me m’n geld terug.

What an amazing rode we had! Perfect app so we could see how the battery was charged and where they were located! Highly recommend!

The app is great and the scooters are very convenient. The customer service is also recommendable.
However, I used the built-in phone holder for the electric scooters in Oslo and my phone dropped out of it twice. I have an iPhone 11 pro, which’s backside and camera is now entirely cracked due to the poor phone holder.

Slechte step, gas en bel zitten te dichtbij het handvat waardoor je snel per ongeluk die gebruikt. Ongeluk gehad waar bij het gas werd ingedrukt en de step werd gelanceerd op persoon. Persoon kon daarna niet meer goed lopen. Ik raad deze step niet aan.

Download de app niet, ze brengen zomaar €25 in rekening zonder dat het bij geschiedenis staat... Oplichters zijn het!

Heerlijk half uurtje door de stad gecrost.
Wel goede handschoenen meenemen ivm koude handen in deze maand december.

Would be a 5-star if the map could orientate itself to the compass. Very inconvenient to ser what direction you have to walk to to get to the next free scooter.

Had a great time riding one of your scooters in Germany. Really hoping on having you in the Netherlands soon!
