Greedy and low customer service
MeerLast 6 months they went really bad, no customer service, no courriers, always late. Justeattakeaway is 100% reliable. I order 10-15 times a month but just done with how ridiculous they have become

MeerCouriers are aggressive. I had enough when one of them refused to go inside the building and smashed the cake I ordered. Support did nothing, didn't even reply.

MeerVoorheen werden bestellingen normaal geleverd binnen de aangegeven tijden. Tegenwoordig duurt ELKE bestelling MINSTENS 1,5uur langer dan aangegeven en zonder enige updates van waar je bestelling zich bevind.

MeerIf you don’t pay extra for speedy “Priority” delivery, you can end up waiting hours and hours for food - sometimes the restaurant will even close and you just don’t get your food

MeerThis app is becoming seriously unreliable.
If you run into any issues, the only way to contact support is through a chat box that lets you send just one message. They will reply one message but do not allow you to explain(reply) further.
I was locked out of my account due to a “service error.” When I finally got back in the next day, my Uber One subscription and all my past orders had vanished. I reached out via the chat box, but I could only send one message. The response I got claimed I didn’t have a subscription. I couldn’t clarify or share my bank invoice as proof because the chat closed immediately after.
I then tried emailing support, only to receive a message saying they can’t respond to closed conversations and that my email will not be received by their support team.
Extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a service that handles payments and subscriptions.1door Gby*****20/11/2025Always deliver problems
MeerDelivery is always an issue even if the location is around the corner from my location it still takes over an hour to get my food and in many cases is delivered to the wrong place.

MeerIt can’t be that you order something - and 2 hours later you have to go pick it up yourself. Not a Karen - just a guy who promised his kid a pizza - and had to wait for the re re re evaluated ETA - this happened multiple times - not only once. Deleted the app.

MeerBezorging van eten blijft iedere keer met een kwartier vertragen. Je kunt geen contact opnemen met uber (alleen de bezorger). Weer zo irritant geautomatiseerd chat waar je zelf je vraag niet eens kunt stellen (alleen voorgeselecteerde vragen zijn mogelijk). Nee doe mij maar thuisbezorgd. Ik betaal meer dan 6 euro (!) servicekosten op een bestelling van 20 euro. NOOIT MEER!

MeerThe app works when it works. When it doesn't... well, the support experience is horrible! "We've been so generous so we've refunded you for your food that you've waited for 2 hours, and if you trusted us and are still hungry, oh well, nothing you can do, thanks for using our services". Zero accountability. AI bots to aggresively cut costs. I doubt I'll support the brand anymore.

MeerMy order is one hour late already and I’m still waiting. No update from the restaurant. Last time when I ordered it also came late. Looks like your service doesn’t work well in Amsterdam.

MeerI had a horrible experience with Uber Eats. I placed an order last night, and after paying, there were no updates at all in the app. I waited for hours, but my food never arrived. The restaurant’s phone number didn’t work, and it felt like a total scam.
When I contacted Uber Eats customer service the next day, they told me they couldn’t do anything because the order was marked as “completed” — even though I never received it. They refused to issue a refund or investigate properly.
So not only did I lose my money, but I also wasted my time with zero support from Uber Eats. It’s extremely disappointing how they handle situations like this. Be careful — if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any real help or accountability.1door Kik*****04/11/2025Geen support
MeerAls er iets mis gaat met de order is er geen mogelijkheid om contact op te nemen. Je krijgt alleen de standaardopties en lost verder niks op. Ze sluiten de conversaties zonder een oplossing te bieden.

MeerUber Eats rekent bewust met lage maaltijdprijzen om goedkoop te lijken, maar voecht daarna service- en bezorgkosten toe om winst te maken. Daardoor is het vaak duurder dan rechtstreeks bij het restaurant bestellen
