Todoist: to do-list & agenda

Enough said in the title, I guess. I tried every other app on the market, and enthusiastically try all the new ones. I wrote to-do apps myself. And still - Todoist every day.

Not all people care about yet-another ai noise you are trying to add to your app.
Please reconsider and keep current subscription as default (you can even reasonably raise it a bit) and only ask extra for ai stuff from people who actually want it.
P.S. The "disappointing" is how you've handled the price change and the feedback from the community. I've cancelled the subscription after years of paying. It is super easy nowadays to migrate to any other todo app ‍♂️

Ik gebruik de app inmiddels al jaren, dus deze verdient zeker een review.
Dit is de app die je in je hoofd hebt als je aan een to-do-app denkt. Echt, echt super.

As the title states everything I had written down in the app is gone and the app also looks completely different now despite not having updated the app in a long time, I had a lot of things saved up for future projects and checklists of things I’ve finished and wanted to finish and it’s all gone now

Heel fijn hoe je ook makkelijk herhalende taken kan toevoegen, filters in kan stellen, etc. Ik gebruik het al jaren, zowel voor werk als privé, bv checklist wat meenemen op vakantie. Mooi ook hoe ze blijven werken aan verbetering.

Na een jaar tevreden gebruik ben ik ooit overgestapt op andere tools zoals Notion en ClickUp, vooral omdat ik meer visuele weergaven wilde. Inmiddels ben ik terug bij Todoist – en met reden. De app is overzichtelijk, snel, intuïtief en heeft nu ook bordweergaven, waardoor plannen en structureren veel makkelijker gaat. Todoist werkt gewoon zonder gedoe. Voor wie taken, projecten en terugkerende acties helder wil bijhouden, is dit simpelweg de beste keuze.

I cant make an account with Google in the app, because it keeps saying the google token is expired or something. If I try to make an account via e-mail It says my password isnt secure enough and I should choose another one, but no matter what password I use it kept saying this. In the browser everything works perfect, I logged in with my Google account and chose the same password I tried to use before, and it worked. Now I still cant log into the app via e-mail because it says the password is wrong, even though it isnt because I already changed it after that. If i try to log in with Google it still says the token is expired. Why wont it let me log in via the app?

Hele fijne app niets mis mee alleen als ik de app verwijder blijf ik mailtjes krijgen (spam) dus dat is wel heel irritant maar prima app

If you want to block out users who didn’t verified their email for whatever reason make sure you at least send that email. And no it’s not in my spam.

Very abused. A liar in your phone. For deleting account the instructions will s some How that you cant delete it and if installed you stucked in eternal curse. Be careful they abuse your info also as they wont let you out of their trap

I didn't set any notifications, but this “productivity” app sends them a lot. It each time disturb my focus and annoy. Are you really believe that info how you improve feature number 1251 is is significant t to disturb users. Fully shame

Ik gebruik deze app al langere tijd. Hij werkt heel fijn. Wel is sinds kort mijn widget niet meer werkzaam. Waar ligt dit aan?

Steps:
- it's 22 hours in the evening, but I reproduced it at other times as well, like at midnight
- start creating task: "do something at 9"
Expected:
- task is scheduled for "tomorrow at 09:00"
Actual:
- task is scheduled for "tomorrow at 21"
- even more, if you created task with wrong time and try to edit it to "do something at 09", the Save button would be disabled until "tomorrow" is specified
Worked before as expected, please fix.

This app is excellent for task management, it has everything needed for it. However, I think we can still improve the app’s functionalities. For example, better experience to create notes and from notes create tasks. It would be awesome to have a good notes feature to don’t go to others apps to store everything about your day. I think it could be done easily with the existent Todoist ecosystem.
