TIDAL Music: Hifigeluid

Geweldige geluidskwaliteit. Niet handig voor klassieke muziek omdat de componist niet / slecht zichtbaar is. Zoekmachine kan beter. Daarom gebruik ik het naast Spotify.

It seems like the developers of this app aren’t interested at improving anything but they constantly ask for feedback. Where to start? Least user friendly app I’ve ever used, search bar is a disaster, downloads randomly don’t work, constant lagging. PLEASE DO BETTER

App kept on asking me for a review EVERY TIME I opened it. Very very annoying. One star.

Works OK like the title says. I do have some difficulties using pause/play. When the music is paused and I click play, the track does not always start. When I click Next Track it starts immediately.

Sound is good, library good enough. Missing niche albums. Super annoying it wants a review every use….

Al meer dan 10 jaar lid en wil niet anders. Artiesten verdienen significant meer per stream, geen podcasts en video content die afleid plus het helderste gekuid. Een meer gefocuste muziek app.

Previously I was able to enjoy playing and controlling the BluOS Node 2 from the Tidal app. However, that feature is gone now. Very cumbersome. Both apps and Node latest versions. Logout out and in and again. Nothing helps

kwa geluid en hoeveelheid beschikbare muziek is niet over te twisten. super top.
zoeken moet nog wel accuraat op de letter maar dat is te overzien.
wat niet zo fijn is, is dat je na een paar maanden nummers hebt die niet meer afspelen, door een error, of niet meer gedownload worden. waardoor je dus heel de app moet verwijderen en opnieuw moet installeren en downloaden van al je muziek. dat is een verbeterpunt voor de app-ontwikkelaar.

1 start because the app keeps prompting me to review and it’s extremely annoying. I hope this will stop it but I’m doubtful!

they don’t let you upload a picture from your own gallery … a húge turn-off for my inner AuDHD unicorn tomgirl

I like the minimal design and sound quality, but removing the progress bar and time indication from the mini player on iPad is a serious usability issue. It forces you to open the full player just to see track progress or seek within a song. Please bring this back or make it optional. Also no track durations are shown in album view.

ze hebben niet alle nummers en soms verdwijnt er een nummer plotseling uit je lijst omdat de artiest blijkbaar er geen zin meer in heeft of een andere update heeft geupload op Tidal. Moet je weer t nummer weer opnieuw opzoeken. Geluid is prima tot goed.

Amazing music platform. A lot of high resolution songs, really bog library (and good pay for the artists, compared to other streaming platforms)

The song recommendations based on a current playlist is poor. I often experience buffering even on downloaded playlists. And there is no option to reduce the interval between songs.

Miss only 1 thing; adding a song to multiple playlists in one action like on Spotify

I used to be more enthusiastic about Tidal. The sound quality remains the best. Yet there are serious issues with the way this music platform performs. I don’t like the fact that the useful icons in the bottom have all been deleted and hidden in different parts of the screen. I especially dislike the combined share / multifunction button in the bottom right. I often suggested improvements that would adding or removing songs to several playlists in one go, would make the overall experience so much more enjoyable, but after several years there is still no improvement. On the contrary. Another increasing problem is unattended uploads of random music to artists that I follow and very clearly did not play this (probably AI generated) music. There is a whole line up of wrong credited artists in my New Arrivals playlist by Tidal. 7 out of 25 tracks!
Another anoying interface bug is that the cover of a track that is being played, after a few seconds gets replaced by the cover image of the next song. Please fix this! Why did the app get rid of the amount of remaining tracks in the bottom. So mich of these tiny details are lost now. Why this step backward?

Really bad navigation, no possibility to remove tracks from playlist. It should be possible to go to homepage from every screen.

Since Spotify is ripping of artists and also users I wanted to switch to a different platform. I did an audio engineer education and at the time we computer streaming quality. Everything is better then Spotify. Apple Music is good. Tidal is the best for the money.
What I wanted is the old iPod experience, and to be honest only Apple Music and also Tidal come close!
Tidal is even better as you can easily minimize and expand the album with only one click on my Mac mini m4. Love this!
Search function is not the best but I can find the music I want. Once you have it in your library it is there to keep.
Tidal simplifies the music experience, where Spotify is a big mess. I can now open the Tidal, click albums and start listening without distractions.
I miss the switching between device from desktop to phone that Spotify offers. You can only use they with WiFi on Tidal. Just a small minor thing.
If that was the same as Spotify and the search option it would be the best app for sure and worth 10 stars. So 4 stars for now.
But hey, nothing is perfect so cant complain what Tidal offers: best audio quality instead of 320kbps (spot) and best minimal user interface.
I use Spotify free for podcasts and that is great. Better to have it separate to be honest!
