The Ocean Race

De 2023 versie werkt eigenlijk niet. Het scorebord laat de huidige race niet zien, op de kaart vallen de data van een boot buiten beeld als je de boot aanklikt, en toen imoca en v65 beiden raceden kon je in de app niet wisselen tussen de twee. Het is echt een blamage om deze app te leveren.

Opening the tracker and half of my screen is filled with information I don’t need (and want) at that moment, because there is just the other half of my screen for seeing the globe and weather forecast/situations.
I know there are sponsors to be named etc. But is there a possibility to show a more full screen map and less info that’s blocks what you really want to see in the tracker. Also the tracker timeline blocks an important part of the view.
In case of the tracker layout and the organisation of the information on screen in the tracker, I likes the version in the previous race better. Maybe you can use some of the ingredients they used …
Oh, and can you please bring back the “play”-button ▶️ in the tracker? So you can play back the race from I certain point in time to the last available moment..?

Mooie app om dagelijks de VOR te volgens. Echter staan er niet zoveel filmpjes op, deze vind ik meer op FB

For daily updates on position and news this app serves well.
My iPad is old and slow, therefore sophisticated features of this app are not used.

The finish of the 8th leg was a cliffhanger, especially the last hour. Why then update the DTL, DTF, etc. every 15 or so minutes? That's pathetic, I reckon.

App is oke maar de RAW Content is niet meer te zien.
Erg jammer,bemanning doet zijn uiterste best om fan's op hun wenken te bedienen.Maar de app werkt niet naar behoren.
Fiks het probleem en laat ons genieten van de race.

Irritant slecht te bedienen, onoverzichtelijk, veel non-info, geen mooie 3D meer ? Waarom? De vorige app was geweldig!

App doesn’t support the notch of iPhone 10. After turning back from landscape to portrait the menu buttons (hamburger) falls behind the time display.

Now that the first boat has finished for LEG 3, I would have expected a clear vision on DTF within the tracker for the other boats, but instead it keeps showing DTL with the leader set suddenly to the second boat. Suggestion: Can you keep the DTL to the finished boat or show both for an improved live experience of the performance of the second boat towards the finish?

This version of the VOR app for mobile or tablet does not work like it should. Zooming, ad wind directions or the predicted route does not work at all. Please fix this quickly otherwise the attention of the audience will fade away.

The app needed to update. After i did, it didn’t work anymore..... this is de thirt day that i wanne follow the boats. But i can do anything know

This app is worse than the one of 2 years ago, both performance and possibilities.
Each update has update annoying bugs. Let’s go back!

App stopped working on my iPhone in spite of updates. ‘There is an error loading this section’. Can’t do anything about it.

I enjoy all the messages, videos, blogs etc. If it wasn't for the OBR's we wouldn't enjoy it as much and VOR would certainly not have the followers. Why then are they not mentioned anywhere!?
Either include them is a separate section onder Teams or have their own file on the Home Page. They are interesting people, have the hardest sport rapporting job on the planet and we need them. Show some respect please.

As a racing sailor I like all the functionality provided. I like the fact that you can have the tracker and ranking in one screen. Interesting to see the predictions.
Would be good to see the course line like shown in the windows app. And what about showing a performance % against their performance curve.
Biggest issue is the fact that the app on the iPad is extremely slow and usually crashes if you tap several times while waiting for response.

A little disappointed in this app. I am missing for example an explanation of all the abbreviations used for the different speeds

A nearly perfect app. Enjoy the Race in all it's aspects. I only mis the chromecast the live stream possibilities, but the app team is considiring it after my question.
