The Arsenal: Official App

New app unfortunately brought pretty bad UI and UX. First, it took me a couple of minutes to find the ticket hub, relevant news and info such as lineups or prematch press conferences are hidden behind TikTok content and some articles with pictures are off centred and pixelated. It’s a big letdown for me.

Don’t like this new app at all! Schedule is really terrible. Bring back the old one, PLEASE!

The new app is terrible, why would you make your own app worse?
Biggest miss is that the widget is no longer available.
Terribly disappointed.

+ Great to have Arsenal content within reach
+ Great to not have to login to the website to see exclusive content
+ Decent layout
- App crashes often
- Push notifications for news often result in a blank page. Other times you get a push, but there is no news update in the app visible, while the website does show a new article.
- Very annoying popups for promotions that cover the full screen and often are not responsive. IE: you cannot close them or even interact with them. It crashes the app and requires killing the app to restart again.
- Video's often crash or have poor quality (low bandwidth). I have 4G and hi speed broadband at home
- Annoying unskippable commercial prerolls before videos

Please fix the loading time for the Videos section! It never loads to begin with and this is extremely frustrating as a life-long fan that wants to keep connected with the best club in the world.

Arsenal, best team in the world!
Would like to see these changes in the app:
- Darkmode support
- Landscape support
- videos have sound from 0:00, but screen is black and comes up after 5 sec
- stop the banner for buying the new shirt
- add more behind the screen vids

I've got this app for about 2 or 3 years. It's a great app if you want to watch the highlights or listen to the match. But it takes about a minute to start the app and load the new news and video's. Its a shame they did not solve this problem during the years the app excist.

Good app! I always watch THE highlights of the latest Premier League game in good quality. News is updated quickly. Money is worth it 
