Helpdesk kan alleen helpen met instructie wat betreft de functies. Ik had na een maand al weer de verplichting tot een upgrade, en dat midden in een proef voor uitvoering van een project. Kon ik opeens niets meer met de app. Vreselijk. Kostbare app, maar bijvoorbeeld bij kopiëren verdwijnen alle tekst eigenschappen en opmaak. Het automatisch scrollen stopt als je naar een marker verplaatst. Als je een moeilijke vraag stelt aan de helpdesk, dan duurt het heel lang voor je antwoord krijgt. Heel duur, heel slecht. De app crasht heel vaak tijdens het bewerken van tekst.

Use this program for many years as a early adopter and never regretted it. It does a awesome job. Excellent guidance during my speeches and ceremonies. nice app, practical that you can prepare the texts on an iPad or mac and then use the autocue on the phone on location. very useful to be able to operate the autocue via an apple watch, it is a pity that the apple watch regularly indicates that no script has been loaded, you now have to keep closing the script on the phone and opening it again in the hope that the apple watch will now detects that a script has indeed been loaded. It would be nice if this problem was resolved.

very nice app. very nice that it syncs between mac, iPad and iPhone. I recently discovered that it can also be used with the Apple Watch, which is very handy in letting the text appear from behind the camera. unfortunately I do notice that the app on the watch often fails, it then indicates that a script must be loaded. you then have to take the phone out of the autocue, reload the script, that's not workable during filming. could that be solved?

It crashes sometimes. I sent an email to the developer. He answered my first question,
but then didn’t reply anymore. It crashes for instance when I enable or disable save video backups or delete a script.

I was working on a documentary with some impossible small angles that I could never get into with my AutoCue. This program turned out to be the perfect solution for my problem. The operating system was also very simple and convenient. Even the quick solution with entering and editing texts surprised me enormously. And very important…… a high standard quality product with quick professional service and friendly help. I’m very happy with this product. Compliments and thanks to the creators.

Very bad app and NO support!
I wrote several e-mails to get support: no response. I tried to get support by the help menu of the app: no response.
The only reply you get are some automated e-mails.

This app is useless for me since i cannot use it in landscape mode! I want my money back!

Eenvoudig in gebruik en werkt super! Als je vaker filmpjes maakt dan is deze autocue een aanrader!

Teleprompter is becoming my number 1 tool for my videos and vlogs. I started with the liet verzuim and was already happy with that. It can be used for far more possibilities. So i bought this premium product. And am blown away

I use this now for many years and I’am very happy with it. Easy to use and a good helpdesk of you need some advise.

The Premium prompter works Great.
Easy to edit and manage text by the speaker. Change font site, compose spaces and find the richt speed for the text to be spoken relaxed and clear. Even does a wonderfull job in Dutch! (Haha, Joke)

This app is a longstanding favourite, but the latest edition, makes recording video message a delight and much more intense for the audience.
