This doesn’t work. The connection is horrible, it almost never connects and just not usable. It’s a shame, the idea is great and the app also well done, but just not usable due to bad connection (and I am connecting via wifi with excellent signal)

Dear All, Peace be with you all! I am not confronted to payment issues with this application. I shall confess the support team make the application better howbeit there are still means of payment issues.Even though the application is available on Apple Store, there is no way to pay through Apple Pay. Moving forward,the reward system is an incentive to keep on topping up. What’s more? The application should not charge the toll free numbers in North America for the registered users in North America. I am appreciative of the efforts to help from the customer support resources. I hope through automation that the state of the application will be maintained ! Again, thank you !

Het is een groot plezier om vrienden over de hele wereld telefonisch goed te kunnen bereiken en zonder hoge kosten ruimschoots te kunnen spreken. Talk360 draagt bij aan goede verhoudingen in de wereld!

Goedkoop, makkelijk in gebruik en bellen vanaf het buitenland (Indonesië) naar NL.

The app works fine, the line quality is good but at +/- €0.70/minute for a call to Europe is very expensive, especially considering that a call to Malaysia or the USA is only €0.04 to €0.06!

Telefoneren met een nummer dat je al eerder gebruikte is super makkelijk. Maar krijg je een antwoordapparaat aan de lijn dan blijkt deze app een leuk verdienmodel te zijn want je kunt de verbinding niet 'neerleggen'.

Nu Skype niet meer bestaat, zocht ik een alternatief en heb ik gevonden in Talk360. Het is goed en goedkoop.

There is a problem with the payment module particularly the payment by card. Sometimes the function is not available. Moreover, the module refuses the mobile network and operates through public WiFi.That is the same thing with the apps. Depending on your location, the application does not operate with the mobile network.
However it allows the public WiFi.
I shall confess that it is a security leak and I hope that the problem will be resolved.
There is no issue through Apple payment.

For those who want to talk to Iran, it is not working, don't buy any credit because they will not refund your payment

Scammers, when i call after 30 minute they put automated answer imitating a wrong number.

Talk360 may work for calling, but if you ever need an invoice or proper support - forget it.
I have been trying for 11 days to get a basic invoice and call overview for reimbursement.
What I received was a useless file with no phone numbers, no call times, no durations, and no credit history.
Their support team just keeps delaying and sending irrelevant answers.
Extremely poor service.
I do NOT recommend Talk360 if you value serious, reliable customer support.

Gebruik al jaren tot volle tevredenheid, in meerdere landen op de wereld gebruikt.
USA naar Brazilië of Brazilië naar NL altijd goede verbinding en lage kosten. Via wifi of e-sim en G.

Geprobeerd met Talk360 naar het buitenland te bellen. werkt erg goed, heldere verbinding en goedkoop.

Used the app several times to call from South America to the Netherlands worked great and cheap! Like the new redesign of the app but I’m sad to see there’s still no dark mode ☹️

Ik vind het raar dat als je een ruim beltegoed hebt, je toch moet opwaarderen omdat anders je beltegoed vervalt!

Ik bel naar Azië en krijg iemand voor 30 seconden te pakken. Daarna hoor je niks meer en werkt het niet. Terwijl je wel moet betalen. OPLICHTER
