Surfshark VPN - Veilig & privé

It works but sometimes it takes long to connect since my school does’nt allow vpn’s but since I’m using Surfshark and I’m paying for it they can’t block it.

Ik had de app gedownload en ging het proberen na dat ik klaar was met me serie kijken kwam er echt een gekke glitch of ik gehackt was leek het er stond je ip adres is gelekt toen ik het wou verwijderen die app deed me telefoon super raar en begon het te glitchen dus heb echt gelijk verwijderd dus surfshark moet zegmaar een safe surfer zijn nou doei hoor

You can connect to servers in South Korea and Taiwan, but can’t obtain IP, so there is no actual access. The only possible server is Hong Kong, but it doesn’t always provide access to YouTube.

Cheap vpn BUT totally unusable in China and for watching movies. Pure for light internet tasks which is ok.

There is a problem with streaming NPO content with the Dutch servers. The service was ok but the problem persistet

Before the update it was great, but suddenly I cant visit loads of websites or they dont load. Also the battery of the phone is suddenly worse than ever

Surfshark is detoriating. More and more sites cannot be accessed, p.e. bol.com a major shopping site in the Netherlands cannot be accessed at this moment. And there are many more at this moment, including videos on the major news website nos.nl. Very disappointing.

Since I’m using this VPN, all my search results are in Thai language. No matter from which location I am using. Already made a complaint and they told me that they would get back to me the same day, but that was five days ago. If it’s not so soon, I’m going to cancel the subscription within the 30 days notice period.

It may work in the US, but for a European traveling around the world, this service is a total disaster. Super slow, many apps simply stop working. Even the feedback option provided by the app when you select a thumbs down stalls. Used ExpressVPN, which works seamlessly in the same conditions, but admittedly they are much more expensive.

Still no option to bypass apps even though it’s possible on MacBooks. Developers response that it’s so difficult for iOS is complete BS

I know your not supposed to do this, but being a expact abroad it doesn’t work watching some bery basic geofenced news. Although I am in Europe. The app slow (connecting) and well basically useless. Unless you need a IP for some testing… that kind of works.

A few months ago, everything was much better but right now the downloads speed is totally gone plus and that is the most worse. My phone did not work and I thought it was my SIM card or my iPhone, but it was the speeding and using the app so my phone has no data connection at all.. ,

Inmiddels is onderstaande issue zeer correct door de support afdeling opgelost, in eerste instantie zij een medewerker dat ik het mijn eigen fout was en er niets aan gedaan kon worden (chat), na een mailtje is dit netjes opgelost, ik ga nu alleen de VPN afnemen.
Het zou wel helpen dat het afsluiten van aanvullende diensten samen gaan met een extra waarschuwing of je koppelt hier ook een x dagen niet goed geld terug regeling aan. Dit geeft dan toch meer vertrouwen

I wanted to love this service but I can’t. I often have issues connecting to a website, service and so on. And 9 out of 10 times, the issue is resolved when I turn off Surfshark. Never had this issue with other reputable VPN providers. Will not be renewing.

Als je deze app (vpn) gebruikt kun je niet meer: parkeren met parkeerapp, navigeren met google maps of apple kaarten en de meeste streamingdiensten niet meer gebruiken.

Surfshark is absolutely brilliant! I use the one+ no regrets whatsoever, just love it!

I disabled auto-renewal for my Surfshark subscription but was charged anyway. I contacted support immediately, only one day after the renewal, but they refused to offer a refund or even a partial solution — despite advertising a 30-day money-back guarantee. This feels dishonest and disrespectful to loyal users. I expected better from a company that claims to value privacy and trust. I will not be renewing again and cannot recommend Surfshark based on this experience even after being a customer since 2022.

This VPN is not working properly. E.g. various websites and Ziggo Go app does not work with Surf Shark VPN. Better use NordVPN. This VPN DOES work with all websites and Ziggo Go app.
