Love the Slay app, with al her functions. Sometimes I can’t handle the excercises yet, but it’s great to switch them to others if you want to!
Love the programs, the way you can track your journey and love Mari anyway.
Just one little thing is, the app crashes quite often lately. But besides that, i love it.

App doesn’t open anymore, even after updating. Furthermore I think the workouts are pretty short and not that intense (level 3). With the trisets, they have the explanation of the supersets under it which makes it unclear at first. Expected more!

Love the new exercises, especially the full body training are tough but work really well! Because you want to tick off all the trainings for the week it helps you stay on track and form a new healthy routine.

I find the app a bit disappointing actually. First of all I don’t find the workout plans for a level 3 challenging enough. So I’m adding extra exercises myself, but I think it’s a shame you can’t add extra exercises to the workout in the app. Same goes for extra sets and reps, would be nice if those were adjustable too.

Some bugs in the app which will hopefully soon be fixed (fingers crossed). Besides this, absolutely love the app. It keeps me active and it keeps me motivated. I love the progress tracker in which you can see how far you’ve come. You’ve got various levels of training and the exercises get harder every week, so it stays challenging!
