Still killing the app daily. Just doesn’t connect with airco’s. Hangs. Then fine after a kill.

You have to reconnect the devices every week because it loses them.

Interacts so slow with my Sansung Airco units, ages to load and control, running out of time and patience.

There is absolutely no control over the induction hob. The app is of zero use other than seeing if its on or off

De tv is fantastisch, echter de kunstmodus vraagt per foto in te stellen welke lijst je wil. Ik wil voor alle foto’s die ik importeer standaard de fullframe weergave. Graag deze mogelijkheid bieden alstublieft! En niet alleen per foto te regelen!

Hij verliest elke week verbinding met alle apparaten. Moet meerdere keren alle apparaten opnieuw koppelen wat door moeizame verbinding soms meer dan een uur per apparaat kost. Belangrijkste reden om weg van Samsung te gaan.

Disaster app, always keep crashing. 2factor authentication always in the image and can’t block it away. Really useless waste of time app

Vreselijke app, loopt vast, je komt er amper in en krijg überhaupt daardoor geen foto’s op mijn frame.. dikke ellende!

Smart thinks is denk ik zeer praktische als je een stabiel en continu leven hebt. In ons huis zijn er eigenlijk continu uitzonderingen. Dit programma heeft geen grote functie thuis.

Controlling of Samsung TV is disaster, but maybe the problem more with the fact that the tv disaster itself

I already own a Samsung Family Hub refrigerator and two Samsung TVs, and until now I was planning to buy a Samsung dishwasher, washing machine and dryer as well.
Unfortunately, this decision has completely changed my mind.
In my opinion, putting the SmartThings API behind a subscription feels like corporate greed. Customers already spend thousands on Samsung hardware, yet we’re now expected to pay a monthly fee just to integrate devices we already own with our own smart home.
I would happily pay for new premium features or cloud services, but charging for API access to my own devices is not something I can support.
Instead of making Samsung products more open and embracing platforms like Home Assistant, this decision pushes loyal customers to look at competing brands.
I sincerely hope Samsung reconsiders this decision or at least offers a free tier for personal, non-commercial use.

Program which keep bloating in size, while functionality stays roughly the same. Only real useful thing it does is tell you when your laundry is done.

First only half works, remote part on phone is ok, but when trying to work on the art mode on Samsung The Frame it states that phone and TV need to be on same WiFi, DUH…! But not working. Removed TV added again and now app is all is in Swedish (clearly stated dutch as language) so tried navigating the Swedish menu to select holland as country, now it says unable to access account until Samsung verified change of country WAT A BS! Deleting app and account straight away!

Sinds een nieuwe update en een nieuwe telefoon laadt de app niet meer op. Het was altijd zo handig en nu is het nutteloos geworden

Ik gebruik de app oa voor de droger en wasmachine. Zou graag op mijn iPhone een widget willen dat ik in 1 oogopslag zie wat de resterende wastijd is, zonder de app volledig te moeten openen

Lukt maar zelden meteen, vaak kun je de optie “foto’s toevoegen” niet selecteren

Met de app en samsung frame krijg ik iedere keer een app die vastloopt zodra ik een foto in de kunst modus wil toevoegen. Het is bijna alsof samsung dit expres doet om kunst te verkopen. Heel frustrerend. Niks werd. Alle updates gedaan. Op forums gelezen. Niks.
