Why only landscape mode on iPad? Very inconvenient. You guys are quite stubborn. This is a much requested feature.

So I tried this several years ago before I would switch to HUE. Never switched, as I was happy. A lot of devices now. But now I am experiencing so many bugs. Especially the last year. Widgets not working without ANY real clue. (No, it is not updates). The app should be called Bug Life: Devices do not appear anymore, suddenly go offline or are unresponsive. The pop-ups for running a sequence in the app are extremely annoying. Widget are better as they do not throw pop-ups in your face. unfortunately, widgets do work 50% of the time. to be forwarded to a very unhelpful help-page. sigh..
Looks like I will be switching eventually..

In grote lijnen doet de app wat hij moet doen. Helaas is het instellen van de timer. En vooral het opslaan van de gewenste tijden echt enorm lastig op mijn iPhone 15 pro. Geen idee waarom dat nog steeds niet makkelijker gemaakt is.

Why does the smart thermostat of my radiator keeps losing contact with the internet / the smartlife app? Now the thermostat only functions in manual mode

Waarom moet ik sinds een aantal dagen iedere keer dat ik de app start opnieuw inloggen? Dit is ZEER irritant!

Sinds de nieuwe update kan ik niks meer met de app, ik kan de airco alleen aan en uit zetten. Maar niet meer temp enzovoort, hij reageert nergens op. Alleen via home scherm kan hij aan en uit gezet worden. Erg jammer !
Update: een paar dagen later is het probleem opgelost, zeer content mee. Blij dat het opgelost is. Hopelijk blijft het nu zo. Bedankt.

Works okay but still can't do anything about the display of icons. So when you have 20 lightbulbs you can only keep them appart by reading all rhe names

Great app to control your Smart Life and Tuya devices. Next to this support is super! Had an issue at a certain moment I could not see a menu on my iPad. Support reacted fast, and after some video and specs next day they had an update in App Store available!

Robot cleaner stopped working a year ago unfortunately Brand ABIR, which I have tried to contact many times.

The app refuses to do anything until you give it all the permissions to your location and data a more, after which it won’t work properly. I threw away my device that required this app and will buy a different brand.

Sinds de app update van sept 2025 krijg ik geen berichten melding meer op de smart life app op mijn iPhone. Alle instellingen op mijn iPhone en in de app staan goed. Als er wordt aangebeld, krijg ik een videocall oproep die er ca 15 sec over doet om op je scherm met beeld te verschijnen. Graag de app herstellen naar de oorspronkelijke bericht melding.

Sinds de nieuwe update kan mijn robotstofzuiger niet meer verbinden met de app. Na reset zelfde probleem. Hij herkent de stofzuiger, maar verbinding maken gaat mis.
