Used to be excellent but seems to struggle more as the years goes on - still my no. 1 communication app for business though

With every new channel you need to adjust the notification settings, since the general ones are limited.

Slack is working hard to be the all-in-one communication and collaboration platform, and because of this usability suffers in my experience. Complex interface that is changing without notice and with a lot of half-baked features.

Sometimes UX a bit confusing, while UI is super, plus I love Liquid Glass support

I am struggling with the UI design. I can never find my contacts and are always lost with a huddle.

App is good and efficient for communicating. Consume battery faster than similar apps

If you own a business, there is *no* better way to keep in touch with the entire crew.

Kan niks meer sturen. 100x overnieuw geprobeerd. Staat ook niet waarom het niet werkt. Ben er klaar mee ga de app verwijderen.

Have been a great fan of slack for a long time now. Only minor issue for me is that it doesn’t always like switching networks.

Awesome for small teams and startups. Awful for more than that. Drains productivity, generates so much noise that makes it impossible to be productive once you have to keep up with larger orgs with hundreds of channels and thousands of people. I wish we could get rid of Slack some day.

It’s very easy to find your way around Slack on mobile. And I’m sure that wasn’t easy to achieve.

It keeps saying I have my draft is full though I don’t have draft messages in slack. I find this annoying

UI is really suboptimal. Quite messy. Was using workplace by meta and their UI was so smooth

Sometimes I miss messages. Especially DMs: it’s hard to spot them while notifications are too subtle.

De desktop app is echt krak, de native app is goed. Maar omdat ik het voornamelijk gebruik op desktop 1 ster. Maak gewoon een fatsoenlijke app, en niet een semi webapp die 8000GB aan ram gebruikt
