Skyscanner - reisaanbiedingen

After the latest updates the app is really slow and crashes when trying to enter information and searching for flights.

Na de laatste update op de iPhone loopt de app vast al je een luchthaven probeert in te vullen. Voorheen nooit problemen.

Heel erg handige app, maar ontzettend jammer dat de laatste tijd de app mijn iPhone doet oververhitten. Het niet handig is om te scrollen tussen de resultaten en de app daardoor onbruikbaar is geworden

Ik heb de Skyscanner app geüpdatet, ik kan de app niet meer gebruiken. Ik reis minimaal 5x per jaar, nu kan ik niets meer boeken.

Na de update werkt werkt de app nog steeds niet!
Ik heb deze week de iOS update uitgevoerd naar versie 15.8.5. Sindsdien kan ik geen vluchten meer boeken. Kunnen jullie alsjeblieft dit probleem verhelpen? Alvast bedankt.

The app constantly freezes and taps take up to 5 seconds to be registered since the iOS 26 update. This is the only third-party app this happens in, so it’s not an iOS issue. The app is unusable in its current state.

Many times i used Skyscanner from the time it was run mostly by students till now.
But… nowadays it isn’t righteous no more. You can see and tell they’re screwing us. Before you could see the prices on any date of the calendar and just choose the cheapest. Now when you filled in the destination it does show the same calendar, but not the prive a day no more.
Also, it shows different prices in the app, the browser and then again in incognito mode! That’s scamming! NOT Scanning! So, looking forward to a new platform that doesn’t screw me. Bye

Unfortunately the feature 'drops' isnt working... i selected a wrong airport and now i can not change it anymore. The button just doesnt do anything. Too bad i cant see any drops now!

Terwijl de prijs op de datum dat ik ga als laag wordt weergegeven, wordt de prijs verdubbeld zodra ik op de site inlog. Dit is helemaal niet eerlijk

1. Doesn’t follow my regional settings and for some reason displays Sunday as the first day of the week.
2. The Price Alerts button/link in “Your Trips” doesn’t work.

The flight date selection system is really annoying and not practical. It needs improvement. I gave up the search.

Waarom wachten met boeken, eerst kijken naar de goedkopere vluchten, en dan boeken. Daarom eerst wachten.

Skyscanner altijd gebruikt als de basis van mijn vakanties. Een super fijn platform om goed dingen te vergelijken. De app is alleen echt treurig. Ik krijg met geen mogelijkheid een bestemming toegevoegd via de vliegtickets module en vind de UX van de gehele app echt niet best. Afwisselende web pagina’s waar dan weer staat ‘download de app’ terwijl ik in app zit. Het terug kunnen alleen als je het pijltje aan raakt.

The app is good but unfortunately you can’t like see any amusement parks like the trip to Disneyland or the hotels in Disney

I say goodbye to skyscanner. The horrible algoritmes chased my away.
The prices where increasing dramatic. Where competitor apps still has reasonble prices

In 2024, it is really unacceptable to see such poor user experience design. The app keeps resetting the filter choices once you change the date. In the end, I got so tired of setting those filters and deleted the app.

De tekstvelden zijn niet meer aan te passen, een andere vertrekplaats invoeren bijna onmogelijk. Dat moet beter

Probeer al dagen tickets te boeken voor de prijs die Skyscanner aanbiedt. Als je echter de geboden opties aankiest zijn de prijzen ineens honderden euro’s hoger. Na een mail gestuurd te hebben geeft Skyscanner aan dat ze niet verantwoordelijk zijn voor de getoonde prijzen. Vraag me dus af wat dan überhaupt de toegevoegde waarde van Skyscanner is.
