When I went on my ski holiday last January nothing in the app worked as it should, and all my previous data was gone after years of having used Ski line happily and I filed a complaint at the customers support of SkiLine of this phenomenon.
This week i received a very polite email from SkiLine responding to my experience talking about why this happened, that they solved my troubles, and indeed, everything works as it should.
I have been skiing this week, and it works as easily as it always did, great app from a great company!
