Simple: AI Weight Loss Coach

Found out they have been charging me for months by themselves through Apple Pay. I hadn’t signed any consent. I have just installed the app to cancel subscription but have yet to find out how. I never signed up for paying, just did the questionnaire as I was unhappy with my body after struggling with cancer at the time. I feel scammed.

They have taken over €150 without my permission after a trial period ended! Look online before creating an account as you’ll see how many people have been scammed. Unbelievable.

Het enige wat de app biedt is het registreren van je maaltijden. Nergens kun je een overzicht zien van je dag of week.
De ‘voedinginzichten’ die de app geeft na een geregistreerde maaltijd komen er elke keer op neer dat hij altijd aangeeft dat je te veel zout gebruikt hebt, terwijl ik nota bene zoutloos kook!
Ik raad deze app af. Is zijn geld echt niet waard. En nog een tip: meld je abo meteen af, anders wordt het steeds automatisch verlengd.

After one month I deleted app and remove subscription, but then they still try to take money from my bank account….

I do not like the plush animal and also not the xp points. Where am I able to turn it off?
Just to have the ui.
And where can I turn of the picture of the ai help? Otherwise the program works for me.

Frauds! They take money without consent and when you want to cancel because of this, they even want to charge you an extra cancel fee. Also the app is not good. The rating of food is often wrong. For example I log a low sugar product and it will tell me my meal contains a lot of sugar. I think it doesn’t recognise things as “low sugar” or “low fat” well. Same for “whole grain”. So the ratings can be frustrating. Also the goals don’t really work well. I’m often confused because I know I have completed a goal but the app won’t mark it as completed. The AI is not well developed, there are no pause options.

I give it a 4 star because out of all the app I tried, this one works for me the best. AI has a lot of potential that on one side really help the experience here, but on the other keeps it very limited. The AI coach is definitely not as advanced as it can be, so I don’t use it. But it’s a shame because the idea is great!

Geeft geen goed inzicht, meldingen blijven na voltooien toch open staan en de AI coach snapt meer dan de helft van de tijd de vraag niet.

Without my knowledge they continued the trial without my knowledge, i ALWAYS unsubscribe immediately. I just came across a automated bill and scared me for a year of billing when i looked back. On a wait now to get my money back. Watch out.!

Ik reageerde op een advertentie op Instagram omdat er een wandelschema aangeboden zou worden. €25 betaald en nu heb ik een app om eten te scannen, en vooral om het niet op te mogen eten…en ik hou niet van intermittend vasten. Met de help functie beland ik in een loop. Geld weg. Een dure les.

I found the app to generic and do not use it. It is however nearly impossible to cancel a subscription. Very complicated! I do not recommend this app.

Definately not worth the fuss. 12 euro a month is too much for what they’re offering. There are enough other apps that are more or less free. You’ll get check-ins with a robot, nothing personal. The video’s of the training are too easy if you allready have a training history and not detailed enough if you’re new to this.

I've been paying for 5 months for something I canceled before the trial renewal, and the help center no longer exists. It's impossible to cancel or get my money back. It's a total FRAUD.

Echt scam deze app, 2 maal afgeschreven en nul abonnement, kan. Nergens opzeggen, dit is bizar

Easy to use, not intrusive and works. Lost 4.5 kilo’s in less than 2 weeks. By just fasting. No other changes.

This app is truely revolutionair in the world of coaching en diet

While the app is very well built, and really helps tracking food, they give themselves permission to subtract 60 euros from your account after three months for which you’ve already paid 30. NOWHERE in the app or application process does it state that you will go into a subscription automatically so I feel scammed.

Haring trouble whit this app.
Everytime I want to at food. I have to restart my Apple 14.
Didn’t have this trouble last year when I was using it!
Please do somethimg about it.
