I really like this app. I am a homeworking computer guy with a necessity for sports and keeping healthy at an age of 49. Seven minutes is perfect for me because it offers a free workout. The workout is static, other options are paid. But this single workout each day, makes a world of a difference in my body shape and fitness. The paid options offer more than enough I would say, but for me , the free plan is perfect. It keeps status of your workouts, and has some sort of ‘league’ system, motivating you to keep up with exercising as much as possible (for me once a day is already difficult to maintain)
