Since a few weeks there is absolutely no way to login to your passwords, keeps getting the message you need to verify the app online and get stuck with re-chapcha who isn’t working. The insane security measures are breaking the app completely.
After transferring all my data I will delete my account and I can anyone advise to do the same! The arrogance of the Swiss developer, not willing to help in English is insane!
The new recent policy of security is breaking the app and online. If you’re ISP is on black list of DSwiss you can’t login, not even by website. You are paying a lot and you can’t access your passwords any more! Have a payd subscription with unlimited passwords. 99,99% uptime thats good. Beware of the next, if you find a bug, a flaw or want to request /suggest a feature; it’s a Swiss company... Meaning, they don’t have bugs, the apps are free from flaws and everything is already in. If you can’t login it’s your device. If you can’t login anywere, It’s your fault. Swiss companies doesn’t have flaws or make mistakes. If you contact the support, who is horrible, in English they answer you in German or in Swis/Itallian dialect you can’t understand.

Since two dayys I cannot log in with my iPhone app any more. I changed the password using the 36 digit code but still unable to log in. Even on the desktop app or online on their site.
Wrote to the support but no reaction yet. So even with the 36 digit code there’s nothing working… very disappointing!

I reported that the iPad version after update is not functioning anymore, however so far not any change or response. Also the fact that the app ivon was changed is very annoying, as many years I was used to a certain icon, now I often have to look for the app

This used to be the best password app. Nowadays, the app keeps crashing when try to log in. Same thing with my wife’s phone and some friends too.
Are you guys working on this?

After updating the app I have troubles logging in into my Pro account. No email address to be found for support!

Fijne app in het gebruik. Bestanden zijn centraal opgeslagen worden gesynchroniseerd op mijn verschillende apparaten. Werkt super geen omkijken naar. En nee het is niet gratis, maar gratis bestaat niet. Dus betaal ik liever voor een veiligheid en zekerheid in de wetenschap dat mijn gegevens niet voor andere doeleinden worden gebruikt en van mij blijven en niet eigendom worden van de provider (zie de kleine lettertjes van andere providers).

Before you purchase a subscription to this service, be aware that if the subscription ends, you will mot have access to your passwords anymore. Not even the 50 passwords you had before with a free account. You need to contact SecureSafe to resolve those issues.

Al mijn gegevens, documenten, wachtworden, en vertrouwelijke mails heb ik in deze cloudservice opgeslagen. vanaf ale platforms en apparaten te benaderen en worden gesynchroniseerd, SUPER geen omkijken naar en het werkt overal. Ja het is niet kosteloos maar wel betrouwbaar en veilig het gaat Securesafe niet om mijn gegevens maar om de dienstverlening.

The new ‘vaccination certificate’ update (addition) only partly working. Once a certificate is scanned and (later on) subsequently deleted/removed, there doesn’t seem to be a way to re-scan a new (amended) certificate.
Still comes up with ‘Show vaccination certificate’ on the login screen, no more ‘Scan vaccination certificate’. And ‘Show’ obviously reports the Vaccination certificates folder to be empty.
So, incomplete new feature which sucks.

Great app to keep track of your passwords and accounts, the only option that is missing imo is to print out your entire safe in pdf or a similar text file mode, as of now only export to a .csv file is possible but to be able to make a print of a readable list for cold storage would be awesome. If that would be added, 5 stars definitely !

Gebruik Securesafe al jaren en app heeft mij nog nooit teleurgesteld. Digid en Bank bewaar ik in mijn grijze cellen.

Super veilig en je hebt de optie om je vinger afdruk te gebruiken om in te loggen. Ik doe het zelf niet omdat ik altijd bang ben dat iemand mijn vinger zomaar kan gebruiken, maar de optie om te kiezen is er tenminste

I moved from a home button iPhone to a Face ID iPhone and now it’s not using the faceid which means I constantly have to login manually. That’s really annoying. Also the Face ID doesn’t even attempt yet it gives an error notification that there are too many face attempts. I’m tempted to use another app instead now while I was so happy.

Ik gebruik de betaalde versie al jaren naar tevredenheid maar de laatste tijd krijg ik heel vaak een foutmelding als ik wil inloggen met Face ID: ‘Too many Face ID attempts, try again later’

Mijn beste app, al mijn gegevens super veilig achter “slot en grendel”. Altijd al mijn gegevens bij de handsuper ideale app. Alles op 1 super beveiligd app. Kan het iedereen aanraden!

Works fine as long as you pay. Rather expensive. But no easy way to export all data when you find it too expensive
