I fly with Ryanair since 2019.
I give 2 stars for cheap and comfortable ( for this price ) tickets
Another 3 stars ate customer service which never helps only want to charge you extra.
Story: I bought 5 tickets to Tenerife 2 months earlier. I wanted to check in 1 month earlier to make everything perfect as I prefer to have in my life. After I checked in all my tickets for 2 out of my 5 people couldn’t check in error number 412 which says please choose the seats ( which I already did ) so I called and wrote to 6 Customer service stuff and they wasn’t even able to help me( I heard I am sorry we cannot see any mistakes, please reach another customer service person) okey I said no problem, last person only said that she can chose seats for me for extra charge 20 euro she understood that isn’t my fault but she cannot make it in another way. I again said okey because I don’t have a choice so I wrote to get this money back to „General help” and what I get from them ( We don’t see an issue with extra cost you can not get refund for that reason check in can be provided till 2 hours before flight, then cancellation is not refundable, that means they even not properly read the massage no motivation to work I see.
P.s. or try to work on your mistakes guys or your business will go down even if your tickets are cheap. Believe me there are plenty more companies with the same prices easy jet for example. Since now I will try to fly to other other companies instead of yours. I wish to your company success in future and I really hope that one day someone will tell me hey Artem they are improved.
