Its nice to be able to send a message or 2 to friends you play with but longer conversations are pretty much impossible. Messages may sync and disappear in between different messages or not show up at all. Often closing the app and restarting it is necessary for the app to sync the messages properly.
The other parts of the app i used seem to working fine tho.

Before it worked ok. But since they changed the app you cant see eachother match history because if a error. This is already going for months. Wake up maybe?

It keeps logging me out, while in the past it kept me logged in. That's very annoying, I wish there was a Remember Me option atleast. :/

Works okay, but I would love it if Riot added a stats section like leagueofgraphs.com. Maybe they could make a deal or something, I would love to see something like that but official.

I tried to get this app to work a few weeks ago but it wouldn't let me log in but now it works fine again, I think for most people though.

The app works perfectly fine after the update. There usually was a delay when opening the chat. This problem is now solved. A kinda new interface and a normal (fast) loading chat.

It used to always work just fine. But they started adding and changing things and now it hasn’t worked for a couple of months. Since +-3weeks ago it stopped working at all..
Very disappointing they neglect the app so much

I’ve just updated the app, and now every time I try and open it, it closes the app and sends me back to the home screen. I didn’t have this issue before the update. I’m running an iPhone 7 with iOS 13.2. The app (Before the crash-issue) runs good, very handy if you want to check your match history or PMs.

Why isn’t the client and the app chats in sync with each other. Also the the app is extremely slow with pulling online friends and their status.
I expected more from Riot games.

It used to work perfectly for me. A couple of months ago it logged me out and when I tried to log in it won't let me. It says my username or password or region is wrong but I'm 100% sure it isn't because I can log in to league on my computer just fine. Not sure if this is a bug but it's a real pitty.

It used to work fine, i loved this app but since a few weeks or even months now nothing works. The chats wont load or give me notifications from weeks earlier, profiles cant see. Please fix this

This app used to work just fine, but since a few weeks it seems impossible for me to chat with my friends. The chat log doesn’t load and the messages don’t arrive.
Please fix this bug with the chats!

Je ziet geen profiel, matches etc.
Het is alleen maar om te chatten, heb je verder niks aan.

The app is completely broken. Messages that not send. App crashes a lot. Have to restarts the app a few times before it slightly works. And now I can’t send messages at all even after reinstalling. Also looking at my friends profile does not work at all.
Please try and fix this since this has been going on for a long time

Please fix this bug where i can not load profiles and match history of my friends because right nos i can only chat with them and nothing more and it feels so useless. I always used this app to quickly check if a friend was online or not and wether he had won his/her games or not and now i have to log in to be able to see this but i just want to be able to check quickly because sometimes it's nice to know but it's really not worth the effort of logging in. I just want to be able to quickly see these things again on my phone when i need it. Seriously, fix this.

The app worked always smoothly. But since a few weeks i can not send a message, checking match history or even see who is online/queue/in game. Why does is take so long to fix this when you are such a big company. The mobile app is really useless atm.

How dare they keep something in the app store that's completely broken and useless? A kid that just started learning developing and made his first app does a billion times better job than this.
This is image damaging for sure, better take it offline until you come with something up to certain standards Riot.

I always liked using this app to quickly message a friend or check my past games and try to look at where things couldve gone better but its been a couple weeks since I was able to actually load my match history i thought it might’ve been something they’d fix since their client was having issues as well before but still to this day there’s been no fix
