Pushover Notifications

I’ve created a bank-end layer for my home automations and HomeKit sends any kind of update about our home to my bank-end, which in turn calls on Pushover’s API to send a message to me and my family. We have all purchased this app and the one time purchase makes it worth what you’re getting out of it. I would even consider a subscription if I’ll ever need it for my business needs.

Awesome product. Have been using it for years and it is rock solid. Lots of options.

Very handy app. It would be nice to have the search bar -like everything iOS 26 - on the bottom.

Well worth the small one-time investment. The one thing that bugs me is the “Acknowledge” button often glitching below the text in a message.

I use this app to send notifications of a few critical systems using Python. Setup is a breeze and it works truly amazing. Many customization options for the notifications as well!

Easy to implement in applications on many platforms and solid. Great and it works for multiple apps.
Steep learning curve.

I get notifications for sales, special alerts. Many apps don’t get the privilege to sent me a notification, they always misuse this. Or it’s your email and it shows you ALL messages, way too many.
Instead I forward certain mails to my pushover mail and I only get the notifications I want. Bril jant

Having connected Pushover to my Helpdesk/Support system I have tuned it to push critically labeled tickets to my phone instantly, 24/7.
This is a super practical app and totally reliable!

App werkt super! De Api koppeling is ook goed gedocumenteerd. Daarnaast veel verschillende opties zoals diverse notification sounds en urls kunnen openen met klik op de pushmelding.

I use pushover for a ling time now to integrate it into many of my scripts for home automation.
Last version has a bug on the Apple Watch, the message title shows every letter on one line.
The message itself shows normal.

Very nice app. Use it for a lot of things to inform me. Very stable and has a good price.

Once in a while I have to remove and re download this app because the notifications stop working

Easy to integrate.
Easy to activate.
With priority messages dnd and mute can be overruled what is very nice. Think about that when going to a movie while on call...
Setting the priority msg volume can prevent irritation from other guests.
I am happy with the sound and volume controls.

Workspace great. I use it to get notified for available updates on routers and wordpress sites.

I’ve learned from our web app developer about this app and it works very well, monitoring both our website and the web apps we host for our customers.
Good tool to become and be aware how (un)stable the hosting facility is and what you’re customers may experience (even when your customers they don’t call you when systems are out of order). Worth the € 5,49 indefinit fee for the app and service.

I’ve used prowl for a long time but pushover gives me far more options and has an up to date app interface. Great work and happy to pay the license costs.
