I have come to level 4200 and the game is still addictive. Only my hero's don't appear even if they fall into the pit. Could you please fix that bug?

I think it is a super game only i played 80 levels to get 3 orbs and i got nothing and nothing happend. That is the reason for 4 stars. Where is my jackpot?
