Plantum: Planten herkennen

There is no option to cancel your membership. From the first day I already tried to cancel my membership, but it’s not even in my apple memberships, so I couldn’t cancel it there. On their site they don’t give you te option to do so. The only way to reach out to them is via a contactform which I did 5 times but was not responded to. In the meantime they just debited my card for membership costs. How is this even allowed?

It’s a scam, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. First of all you will not get any help with your plants until you make extra in app purchases. I have also been charged 4 times now ($13 every two wks) from this account, but it doesn’t show up in my subscriptions, and says my account is free, but I’m keep being charged random amounts and have no way of cancelling it

Sinds ik als newbie begon met mijn planten heb ik zo veel geleerd en is er zo veel info uit deze app te halen. Het bedrag is het dubbel en dwars waard. Je kunt echt met vragen terecht over de verzorging of eventueel als je plant ziek is. Echt een aanrader

Dacht even te kijken, je denkt een trial af te sluiten maar je zit direct vast aan een jaarabonnement van bij a 40 euro!. En het is een waardeloze app suggereert tig mogelijkheden ipv een oplosding en dan moet je de expert vragen. Ik durf er niet eens op te drukken, bang dat het opnieuw veel geld kost.

Onjuiste diagnose van eenvoudige afwijking. Ondanks proefperiode kosten gerekend.

Wou het uitproberen middels de 3 gratis dagen maar accepteerde m’n gegevens niet

I scanned 29 plant only 6 plants where actually confirmed correctly. (I tried the 26 plant with over 100 scans) When scanning for deceases the application just gives a summary of basic plant deceases and not related to the plant species that was scanned. Also when paid for the application you still have to pay more for a proper plant judgement…. Bad application for the price.

Do not think that consults are a part of the subscription. If you want to talk to an expert, it’s another fee on top of the subscription. The sub only gives identification of the plant. It’s supposedly also identifies diseases, but it just gives a long long list of all pests/diseases and does not tell you what your plant is suffering.

Can’t seem to click away the offer “just for me”. Everywhere I click I need to pay. The app used to be nicer. Now I can’t use it because it pops up every time I open the app :(

Gratis app, dat wel. Maar om door te kunnen na installatie moet je een betaald abonnement afsluiten. Dat vind ik misleidend.

Ik wil opzeggen in proeftijd en dat lukt niet. Krijg alleen maar lange tekst in zeer kleine letters te zien en geen button om op te zeggen.

Ik zie in de reclame staan dat jullie ook edelstenen herkennen! Maar die optie zie ik niet in de app

Mijn plant is ziek, bladen beginnen geel worden.Wie kan mij helpen?

You just take a bunch of pictures of your plant and then they give you a list of all possible plant problems without seeming to take anything from the pictures into consideration. I can also look at my plant and google a list of all potential plant problems. I don’t see the added value of this.

The app did not recognize most of my plants, even though I took very clear pictures of them. It showed me pictures of completely different kind of plants. I am not happy with this app.

Does not Work correctly it is a fraud! So deleted it directly! Joe I stil have to pat for an app That I HAVE DELETED! I am disgusted!

App lijkt handig, en werkt ook goed, maar na installatie mag/moet je € 65,- per jaar afrekenen om de app te kunnen blijven gebruiken.
