I used the app for a few years and it worked fine until the last few months. Recently there are some application bugs that I’ve noticed—i.e., if you load money to your account, then start a parking session, sometimes the parking session isn’t validated with the server—so it will look like it’s working from your side but it’s not really. Sometimes you can’t find your active session if it’s running (but it is). Sometimes you can’t see your more recent sessions in your parking history (eventually it will show up but not soon).
The server behind the application has also gone down at least once in the last month so you couldn’t do anything with the parking app. (You’re SOL if you had an active parking session.)
The problems ended up in 1 parking ticket which is enough for me to not use the app anymore.
Overall, it’s unreliable.
