Great overview for all means of public transportation, but the prices for the tickets in the app are much higher than booking direct with the different transporters. Even with the paid discount, it’s still more expensive.

Your company withdrew money without sending tickets and do not want to return it! It is not possible to contact real support as there is no way to pass ai to the real service. The most awful company I have ever made a deal with!

The bus company changed the bus station and Omio didn’t tell me about it. Had a whole lot of trouble because of it and then Omio refuses a refund, even though I booked the ticket with them and they didn’t update their information correctly.

Sold me a ticket that doesn’t exist, won’t refund and customer service unreachable - the reaction to go on Omio.com/customer service is even worse - the customer service is unreachable and doesn’t help. NEVER USE THIS INTERMEDIARY, I can not stress this enough. Customer service unreachable, you pay a 10% service fee (mind you you won’t get any service) and they sell you products that do not exist. They responded to this review by saying I should contact them I have tried 6 times, they are unreachable. NEVER USE THIS.

Enorm opgelicht. Zouden moeten kunnen omboeken, maar toen was er nooit iets beschikbaar. Heb je dus vrij weinig aan. Daardoor een uber moeten boeken, want waren een paar minuten te laat. Terugweg werd plotseling geannuleerd en konden we (opnieuw) ook niet omboeken naar een ander tijdstip ivm beschikbaarheid. Opnieuw een uber moeten boeken. Uiteindelijk 18 euro teruggekregen (geeneens de hele reis), en geld kwijt voor de rest van de reis en 2 uberritten.

Op het moment van afronden schiet de prijs van 130 naar 160 euro, wegens prijsaanpassing door het systeem, terwijl je zonder vertraging een boeking doet, belachelijk

Bleek dat de treinkaartjes elders goedkoper waren. Geen optie om een ticket voor de hond te kopen. Geen live updates en dat is echt nodig als je door Duitsland reist..

For tickets the functionality to update or change bookings needs to be incorporated as I missed one of my trains and 40minutes prior to this I already new that we might be 5 mins late, tried to change the booking but had to sit on a call for 30 mins by then it was to late to change the booking cause I was also referred to so many different providers.

Trip costs €10 per person more than when I book directly via the official booking site. And on a €15 trip that is roughly 66% more!

In general app works great. What is missing is that:
No easy way to give feedback to the app.
You can't copy train ticket number (where qr is). I am in Spain and all the trains requires that number to connect to the wifi. So it would be very convenient that that field is being able to copy

I’ve bought tickets, but they were not available on my account in the app. There was only the receipt available, so I couldn’t use the tickets, although I paid them. I ve submitted complaint many times and asked for refund, but nothing happened.

I’ve been using for years, good app, but it can’t connect with the transportation companies website and give you the seat number sometimes, so always check on the regional company before buying through Omio, then you can select your seat and not being jumping from seat to seat when people arrive.

We bought 1st class tickets to travel from Zermatt to St. Anton. Waiting for the train of 10.35 on the 22th of February to Zurich the station became crowded. Once the train arrived all the people were fighting to get in. The train was overbooked and we were not allowed to enter. We missed our connection in Zurich and had to travel at our own expenses to St Anton. It is impossible to claim reimbursement and compensation due to a robotic program that brings you in a loupe.
Very bad organization that Omio…

Gemakkelijk boeken maar o wee als er een probleem is dan zijn ze onbereikbaar. Standaard emails ontvang je snel maar een gericht antwoord/oplossing… weken wachten en dan moet de terugstorting nog geregeld worden door de credit card company. Nooit meer voor mij dus.

Na 3x een treinreis geprobeerd hebben te boeken waarbij je al je gegevens weer opnieuw moet invullen zijn we maar gestopt. De app onthoud je gegevens niet, ook niet bij het aanvinken van het onthouden in je profiel!
Waardeloze app !

Extremely disappointed with Omio. Booked tickets and received incorrect passenger details. Despite reporting the issue immediately, customer service has been completely unresponsive. Poor service and no resolution. Won't be using Omio ever again!
