Omio: Tickets voor bus & trein

Wij hebben de bus gemist. Lyrics Borden hangen voor niks, er staat niet aangegeven op welk perron je moet staan en ook niet op de tickets.

Zeer lastige site, het boeken van de 2e passagier is niet te doen, zelfs met hulp AI-assistent lukt het niet.

I paid 3 tickets the first two tickets didn’t gave me info which platform I have to go so I missed my train. So I wasted money to some stupid app that won’t give me information about which platform I have to use. Be aware of guys

This app isn’t good enough. If you already have a ticket, you can’t change the ticket date. That’s it.

Deze week onze eerste ervaring met Omio de Cote d’Azur. Makkelijk in het gebruik, makkelijk reizen, goedkoop en comfortabel. De treinen zijn vaak druk, ze zouden vaker mogen rijden. Maar het is ook een goed teken dat dit systeem erg populair is. Terecht, wat mij betreft.

Erg frustrerend om een kaartje gekocht te hebben via de website voor morgen (waar deze automatisch op staat), terwijl ik het kaartje vandaag nodig had. Vervolgens gecontroleerd door de conducteur en een boete ontvangen. Contact opgenomen met de Klantenservice maar ze hebben me op geen enkele manier geholpen om op zoek te gaan naar een passende oplossing. Eerste ervaring met Omio is een zeer slechte, helaas.

Ik had 4 tickets geboekt om van Calafell naar Barcelona te reizen. De treinreis werd opgeheven en door de vertraging had het geen zin meer om naar Barcelona te gaan. Geen contact met Omio te krijgen behalve via de chatbot. Voor geld terug werd ik naar de trein maatschappij gestuurd en die stuurde me weer naar Omio. Voor mij nooit meer tickets via Omio.

I have been trying for two days to change my details in a ticket I purchased through Omio, but unfortunately I cannot solve the problem.
Every time I try to get help, I am redirected to a chatbot that keeps providing the same information and does not allow me to make any changes. I cannot correct my email address, which I entered incorrectly, and I also cannot modify the baggage information I added.
The biggest problem is that there is no direct way to contact a real customer support agent. The app has very limited support options, making it extremely difficult to fix even simple mistakes.
Omio may be convenient for booking, but the customer service system needs significant improvement. Customers should have the possibility to speak with a real person when they have an issue that a robot cannot solve.

Ik vind het een super handige app. Alleen het laat wat betreft trein weinig tot geen verbindingen zien terwijl die via Deutsche bahn er wel zijn.

The app actually changes the dates when you want to make a reservation, and then when you want to change the date of the ticket, there are 30€ taxes?!?! You horrible scammers

I had to cancel a trip and followed the Omio instructions. The operator confirmed cancellation and the refund. Now Omio does not refund me and customer service does not respond at all. Impossible to get in touch. Never use Omio, but use operators directly instead.

This app said the train had 30 min delay while it didn’t missed the train didn’t get anything back and took 0 responsibity

Great overview for all means of public transportation, but the prices for the tickets in the app are much higher than booking direct with the different transporters. Even with the paid discount, it’s still more expensive.

Your company withdrew money without sending tickets and do not want to return it! It is not possible to contact real support as there is no way to pass ai to the real service. The most awful company I have ever made a deal with!

The bus company changed the bus station and Omio didn’t tell me about it. Had a whole lot of trouble because of it and then Omio refuses a refund, even though I booked the ticket with them and they didn’t update their information correctly.

Sold me a ticket that doesn’t exist, won’t refund and customer service unreachable - the reaction to go on Omio.com/customer service is even worse - the customer service is unreachable and doesn’t help. NEVER USE THIS INTERMEDIARY, I can not stress this enough. Customer service unreachable, you pay a 10% service fee (mind you you won’t get any service) and they sell you products that do not exist. They responded to this review by saying I should contact them I have tried 6 times, they are unreachable. NEVER USE THIS.

Enorm opgelicht. Zouden moeten kunnen omboeken, maar toen was er nooit iets beschikbaar. Heb je dus vrij weinig aan. Daardoor een uber moeten boeken, want waren een paar minuten te laat. Terugweg werd plotseling geannuleerd en konden we (opnieuw) ook niet omboeken naar een ander tijdstip ivm beschikbaarheid. Opnieuw een uber moeten boeken. Uiteindelijk 18 euro teruggekregen (geeneens de hele reis), en geld kwijt voor de rest van de reis en 2 uberritten.
