iOS 14.0 and again troubles.
NO WIFI ! Message.
Please fix the app or the firmware.

Eerst werkte de app redelijk maar met iOS 13.7 niet meer. Hopelijk komt er nog een update maar ik vrees het ergste !

Maakt geen connectie. Paar keer opnieuw geïnstalleerd, loopt vast. Ook slechte handleiding bij de camera trouwens. Betrouwbaarheid is nul

Like the easy menu and settings. Only problem is the continuous ‘file error’ when you want to watch a short video via the app. That is very annoying! Also the detection isn’t realtime. It certainly has a few seconds delay. (iPhone 7 user). Hope you guys can solve this issue!

Where can I find downloaded files on my iPhone so I can email them or send them via Whatsapp and so on?

Loved this doorbell for the months I had it but now for some reason it won’t connect with the app anymore. It will ring but no notifications or recording images. Please advice.

Mail to support and they send the New firmware for the camera.
Now working with latest iOS.

To slow and notificatians aren’t pushed. Night vision cames with a nasty noise.

Je kan niet eens de beelden voorruit spoelen of achteruit spoelen. Als je iets zoekt moet je dus uren beelden gaan bekijken. Kwaliteit is ook om te huilen!

Deze app is traag en de instellingen voor de deurbel zijn vaag! Jammer had wel wat meer verwacht voor deze prijs (deurbel)

Wat een waardeloze app. Koop je via marktplaats voor €100 een bel met camera en werkt het niet bagger

This app is really poor. No push notifications anymore. So the camera is useless....

It works partly. Video setup is wonderfull only no push notification send to iPhone. (iPhone 7)

App worked just fine before the last update. Now there are push messages but no live video neither can I access the camera settings any more. Hard Reset and reinstall of the camera done several times without success.
