Really great app with great people. A lot foreign people to, but if you really looking in your own country those people are for sure active and serious, best app I had so far. But the app has some bugs already for a year now, (had a relationship in the mean time because of this app but I’m back and they are still here) hopefully they can fix them soon

Created a profile, uploaded some photos — nothing wild. Wrote a friendly intro, answered a few questions, and started swiping. Everything looked promising, so I decided to pay for a one-month subscription to meet people in Japan. The app had worked its magic for me last year, after all.
One hour later: banned. No explanation, no warning. Emails to support didn’t help — just vague replies with no real reason.
I requested a refund through Apple, which thankfully they granted. But from what I’ve seen, getting banned without explanation seems to be a recurring issue with this app.
There are better options out there now — like Bumpy, for example.

I have been using this app for quite some time but after the recent bot floods it broke the straw. There are so many fake profiles it’s unbelievable. (One picture and the same bio).
Secondly if a person liked you and has become inactive they still visible.
Third the app has many flaws, chats not showing up after clicking on them, chats not showing replies before you refresh the app. Getting a notification for a new message after a couple of hours after the message has been sent. And a lot more of those kinds of issues

Nu wil ik verder inloggen kon ik helemaal niet meer in. Ik krijg ook geen codes via sms. Ik probeer op de app te vinden waar ik kan aan kloppen helemaal niks! Ik wacht nog steeds reactie! Ik kan nog steeds niet in account ! Help! Neem contact met mij. Mijn e-mail en telefoonnummer hebben jullie. Is het zo moeilijk een antwoord te geven als ik jullie benader? Of werken jullie alleen via chat bot?!

I can barely message my matches. I keep getting connection errors and often I get no notifications when someone sends me a message.

Can’t log in anymore. Tried everything and just got kicked out for no reason? Custom support doesn’t help, just ignores you. Tried it multiple times
