This app is a scam.
I downloaded the app for €1.00 and paid with Apple Pay. Shortly afterward, I was charged €14.99 and €49.99 without my authorization.
These charges appeared on my bank account as bank transfers, making it look as though I had initiated the payments myself. Because of that, I was unable to request a refund through the App Store, where refunds are normally possible.
To make matters worse, these payments were not shown as a subscription in the App Store, so there was no option to cancel or manage them.
I have been unable to recover my money. Both my bank and Apple told me they could not help because the payments did not appear as App Store subscriptions.
Be extremely careful before downloading this app. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid it.

I would also appreciate a formal explanation of this issue and information about the steps that will be taken to resolve it.

Do not try this. It is a scam. Took monthly $60 dollar. Nooit opdracht voor gegeven.

Through social media you are offered a nice and simple service for $1. If you pay and agree somehow they hook you up for some very expensive subscription and start charging $43,- per charge. For something nobody asked for or needed. Thieves!

The nebula app keeps charging me for a subscription that I don’t have and so cannot cancel. Nothing in the app, nothing on the site and nowhere to get in contact because the customer service isn’t answering. DONT FALL FOR CHECKING IT OUT YOU LOSE A LOT OF MONEY

Ik waardeer het om astrologische dingen te bekijken en de chats met mediums zijn best ok. Het kan soms heel behulpzaam en fijn zijn

I have been charged for 4 months consecutively an inappropriate amount of money, namely 41.99 EUR every month. Even though it has not been mentioned anywhere at the point of purchase of the report for 1 EUR that you are entering into the agreement with them and subscribing yourself. It does not state anywhere that you pay for subscription trial rather than for the report. And yet, this is what they do. Later on, you receive an email asking you how was your first week? Some watered down paragraphs in between and only then comes the section called: “What’s next?” And only there they write that “Your trial access, which you purchased for 1 EUR … ends soon …”
Don’t trust this app! They are scammers that have good lawyers who worked hard on a wording that would fault you no matter what!
